People who work there are friendly. However the room wasn’t serviced until after 5 pm and had to be done when I was present. The electrical connections in the room kept flickering on and off. Room looked old. My meal at Trader Vic’s was expensive and not worth the value. The food was subpar.

The room was nice. The downstairs was under renovation for a while, but it didn't affect the rest. The service attitude was very good.

Since Al Ain is a very small and remote city, there are no hotel options to stay at the zoo for one night. The room is very general, the decoration style of decades ago, the facilities are very old, and the furniture in the room is old. Regardless of the good attitude of the hotel staff, the breakfast is in line with the standard of a five-star hotel. In addition, I booked a mountain view room, but the room was on the first floor facing the parking lot, and I was too lazy to change it...

Great hotel. I requested a room change after night one, I was accommodated by a lovely gentleman at the desk who moved me to room 811. Absolute stunning room. The gymnasium is like no other hotel gym and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, usually a different hotel every weekend and this one blows them all away. Great service by all the staff and great facilities. 5* from me. Thank you.

Restaurant is excellent, special mention to prashanth and rajpreet did excellent job prashanth recomodation was very nice most visiting place very nice atmosphere well recommended place a specially kungpao chicken cosmo tidbits was very tasty

First when I book here I was satisfied and really enjoyed my stay that’s why I book again from the experience before but this time I wasn’t satisfied for the worth I pay for. I wasn’t I expected same as the before. Firstly I am tired from long drive and wants some rest but keep room service came and in 7:15pm house keeping open my door even the light is all closed when I was sleeping. It’s really disturbing me a lot. I don’t even feel I having privacy in this room at all🤦🏻♀️
