I stayed at the resort more than once, but this time my rating is negative for several reasons. The first is that the room service does not match the hotel's classification standards, as a five-star hotel. The staff are not cooperative with the guests, and the cleanliness of the rooms is not good, in addition to the presence of swage smell in the bedrooms. The second reason is the high cost of food in the restaurant, and the options are limited and it is not allowed to bring food from outside and eat it in the hotel garden. The third is the poor treatment of guests by the reception staff. We really hope that the services and workers in the resort improve to a better level to maintain their good reputation and classification.
