Excellent stay and clean room and wonderful view I will come again . Near from the activity .pool was big and safety many thanks for do staff and fb staff ………………………………………………………………..sure will come again also the food taste was nice I like it ..

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was terrible, and customer service was a complete disaster. I had to wait hours to get anything I requested. Room cleaning was also unacceptable—I had to ask for towels every single day! On top of that, the internet service was outrageously bad, making it impossible to get anything done. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience and will never, ever stay at this hotel again

It is new and good hotel with big rooms. Love it, it just the room service don't answer the phone! I tried many times and in different days!
Also ******* have tried calling them to change a booking date, and they got hunged up on them!!

We have been traveling aeound Saudi to determine good places to bring tourists back to. Boudl was absolutely exceptional in all areas. Location is excellent. The staff are wonderful and more than ready to help with anything and everything. This was a wonderful exoerience and we will be back with more people.

Overall it was a nice stay, staff are very helpful and friendly.
I wish that they can find a way to isolate sounds, it is a bit noisy from the upper apartment, and also need to add more stuff to the kitchen almost few things in kitchen drawers!

Location is good, lot's of car parking but the apartment bedroom size so tiny the master bedroom no money than one person can move in it also not same as the pictures provided on hotels, I asked for breakfast at 11 am roomservice but they answer no we don't have at this time only we have lunch! I try before different boudl hotels in ksa all was perfect nothing like this hotel

We visited this 4-star hotel with family and were welcomed by the courteous staff. The environment was calm, and the look was clean with nice furniture. The buffet lunch was arranged on the 6th floor. It was a unique location, very close to Dareen and Fanateer beaches offering excellent options for a retreat for visitors of all ages. The sea view from this floor was amazing, just breathtaking. The cuisine was admirable with a good variety to choose from. The fish rolls were extremely delicious. The dishes included mixed grill (meat/chicken), rice with vegetables, beef steaks, several salad dishes, and sweets. We enjoyed the buffet lunch. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi and free parking. Another plus factor of this hotel is that there are many facilities and attractions around such as restaurants, supermarkets, and obviously the beach making your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. One important note: the hotel is now renamed Boudl Al-Jubail, probably due to a change of ownership.
