Holiday Inn & Suites Al Jubail

5 night in this hotel, solo traveler. This hotel is new and I consider best of Jubail hotel. New accommodation, furniture, good restaurant and variety of breakfast product, friendly environment.

For short stay ok Short on providing toilet paper and shampoo Food in the only restaurant was ok on breakfast but for dinner only 1-2 dishes out of the whole menu were acceptable but even them were not worth the price paid

Hol Inn @ Al Jubail - a real Gem in this franchise A fabulous little hotel. The staff were fantastic from front desk, to restaurant, housekeeping and travel. Bedroom was a good size with a good view of the surrounding area. Bedroom challenges: The air cooling system is a tad noisy and the speed of servicing the room could be improved. Each day upon return from work (after 5pm) the room had still not been serviced which meant hanging out in the lounge when all I wanted was to rest a bit after a tiring day at work. Once alerted, the room was serviced swiftly Sahab and Abdullah were always welcoming at reception and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The Restaurant staff were truly amazing. Friendly, welcoming and efficient without being intrusive. The food was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed the various flavours and variety. Rana, our driver was brilliant. Courteous, completely reliable, timely and extremely efficient. Overall ALL the staff my colleagues and I encountered were just fantastic. This Holiday Inn & Suites, Al Jubail, is by far the BEST I have stayed at. It certainly beats other Holiday Inn hotels hands-down. Given that this is not a chain I frequent due to several negative experiences, I would have NO HESITATION in recommending Holiday Inn & Suites, Al Jubail.

Short break Unfortunately I sent them a note that I am coming with my wife, but the gave us 2 small beds. Also the receptionist during check in wasn't up to the standard of welcoming guests. The food and appearance is very nice.

Very nice hotel with good services. Super clean , rooms are spacious and well maintained. The suite has two bathrooms and is very comfortable, the bed also is comfortable with good pillows and high quality of linen. The staff is welcoming and very professional, my husband and me, we recommend this hotel in Jubail.

There are many reasons to highly recommend this hotel, but all of them involve the staff. Every single person I encountered has been outstanding I would like to single out two for very very high praise. One is Sabah at the front desk. She is beyond helpful - working with me when I had to go home for 2 weeks to ensure my goods would be kept safe - this including my laundry, so when I arrived back, my clean laundry from the day I checked out was waiting for me. This is not normal, but she made it happen. The other is Roushan from the aforementioned laundry. He is a tailor by trade, and he took the initiative to repair a damaged button hole on one of my shirts. I did not have to ask - he just did it. And it looks great. The wonderful thing about this hotel is the above behaviour is normal, not the exception. Highly recommended
