Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff, who ensured a smooth check-in process. Their hospitality truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. Throughout my time at Apart Otel, the staff remained attentive and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.

Rooms a bit dated, but works. My room was facing a busy street and a bar with loud music till midnight. My wiev was directly into a tree 🙄 Nice breakfast Nice pool area, but loud music all day at the pool. Staff at restaurant very nice, the reception didn't recognize me at any point during the week (except for the receptionist who checked me in). Luggage storage after check out is just in the reception where anyone could walk in and take it, anywhere else I've been, it's been locked away. Restaurants and shops near the hotel, about 2 km to the centre (bazar area).

Molded bread served at the breakfast buffet. Extremely poor cleaning around the pool. Lack of system to serve food to the right customer in the restaurant. Lots of construction noise from the nearby construction site.

From the airport pick up to the checkout a great experience. Very clean hotel, lovely staff ( Big shout out to Kevser, she was amazing). Two pools plus kids pool and a slide pool. Good value all you can eat breakfast. The views from our room were amazing of sea and mountains. Very central location in Alanya, with Kleopatra beach just a 5 min walk away. We will be going bavk soon.

I am so satisfied with Club Sidar. One of the the best big pool in Alanya City. Nice and clean apartments. Great food in the resturant! They have so nice and lovely staff with good english speaking. 5-7 minutes walk to Kleopatra beach. So worth to visit Club Sidar if you want a nice vacation. I have nothing bad to say just good experience. Regards Nour Hajeh from Sweden

Wifi was 2eur per day per device and it was poor not working in rooms… air con 6 eur per day. Pool area was dirty allways… trashes every where… water slides only 2hours per day open 1hour in morning and one hour in day. Beds where horrible not even planket just sheets… breakfast was the same whole week. And no shows or program at all… sun beds were reserved all the time.. silent pool for over 18 year olds was kids play ground…

Back for the 4th time and again it was great. We had a renovated room. Looked good. Staff sweet and friendly as always. Food (a la carte) was delicious again. The atmosphere is always cozy and informal. Really can't think of anything bad. Had booked directly through the hotel now. Had booked everything separately this year because we went to multiple places and hotels this time, but here it felt like coming home again. Booking was easy and clear via email. €100 deposit and I paid the remaining amount on the spot. Air conditioning and wifi were included. So well arranged. Next time definitely Club Sidar again

Great base for us, beach within walking distance and enough shops and restaurants (see previous reviews) in the area). Cleaning is very neat. (Ice cold) Air conditioning costs 10 euros per day. Is indicated everywhere so I don't understand the complaints of various people. Safe costs 2 euros per day. Breakfast is meager and very small. This is not recommended. If you are looking for a hotel with animation and entertainment, look elsewhere. If you are looking for clean accommodation and a great base to discover Alanya from there. Then this hotel is fine.

The place is ok, three buildings, the main building is a full-fledged hotel. The other two are apartments. The sea is 7-8 minutes walk away, three swimming pools with paddling pools and a couple of slides for small children. Since 2024 they started charging for everything! Wifi is $2 per device per day... The air conditioner is the best - $20 per day! (My daughter had a phone with an IR port, I installed the universal ac remote control application, chose the manufacturer Midea, the remote control number MideaAC1 worked, turned on both air conditioners in the devices) Saved $150.

The hotel is neat and clean and the beds are good. The rooms are dated. The staff is friendly, but the rest is of no use. The breakfast is very poor. There is little choice and you have to ask for your orange juice. You can't get it yourself. The fruit is bad. The staff at the facility just stands by and watches. The outdoor pool is ice cold. There is a heated indoor swimming pool, but swimming lessons are also given there all day long and there is little room left for bathers. There was no entertainment for the children and you also have to pay for everything there, such as towels and WiFi. The WiFi is not secured, so don't do it. They can see everything you do with your phone. There is only one part that is good and that is the Mahan, sauna, massage, etc., which is an external company within the hotel that is managed by two friendly older people. Conclusion, skip this hotel and take a good look around, because the location is good, but the hotel is not.

The reception staff dialogue with the customers, the breakfast food is terrible, their approach to the earthquake victims is completely inhumane, it is a place that you would not visit even if you had to or with money, I definitely do not recommend it, it is as if they are providing free accommodation, the weather, the attitudes according to the person ………….!

As earthquake victims, we were accommodated in this hotel as a family. Today is our 5th night. I really cannot thank the hotel owner, the manager, the management, the cleaning staff, the reception, the cook, the waiter who collected our table after dinner, the combi boiler, etc., all those who contributed enough. Everyone was very caring, very careful, very respectful and very, very nice. Maybe we didn't come here for a holiday, but you made us feel like we were at home, God bless you all. We pray for all of you every day. May God bless Şule Noyan, who helped us come here. Our meals are fresh and delicious every day. As a Gaziantep native, I appreciate your chef and I would like to specifically point this out. You do everything with such care that we thank you very much. All staff do their jobs very calmly and professionally. My family and I will never forget how you made us feel during the days we spent here. Thank you to your entire team. If we get through these days and go back to normal days, this will be a hotel I will definitely visit.
