As earthquake victims, we were accommodated in this hotel as a family. Today is our 5th night. I really cannot thank the hotel owner, the manager, the management, the cleaning staff, the reception, the cook, the waiter who collected our table after dinner, the combi boiler, etc., all those who contributed enough. Everyone was very caring, very careful, very respectful and very, very nice. Maybe we didn't come here for a holiday, but you made us feel like we were at home, God bless you all. We pray for all of you every day. May God bless Şule Noyan, who helped us come here. Our meals are fresh and delicious every day. As a Gaziantep native, I appreciate your chef and I would like to specifically point this out. You do everything with such care that we thank you very much. All staff do their jobs very calmly and professionally. My family and I will never forget how you made us feel during the days we spent here. Thank you to your entire team. If we get through these days and go back to normal days, this will be a hotel I will definitely visit.
