The hotel has a good location, but unfortunately, the price doesn't match the quality. You’re really just paying for the convenience of the location, and that’s about it. If you're booking through *******, be aware that payment is handled directly at the hotel.
I had booked a room with breakfast included, but if you only speak English, I’d recommend finding breakfast elsewhere. Out of the six servers, none acknowledged us once they realized we didn’t speak Italian. It wasn’t just one instance—they consistently avoided us, to the point where a server skipped asking if we wanted coffee. I don’t think this was profiling, but it was a very poor experience. Imagine a waiter hovering around with the menu but not even greeting you. I won’t be returning.
Additionally, when we checked in, there was sand on the floor of our room. I understand that the hotel is near the beach, but the sand wasn’t ours and should have been cleaned up before our arrival.
One more thing to note: parking is €25, and it’s valet parking.

Das Hotel Savoia ist sehr empfehlenswert. Von aussen sehr gepflegt, direkt am Meer gelegen ( der Speisesaal ist ins Meer hineingebaut Die Aussicht beim Essen traumhaft —＞ wir schauten auf die Felsen und die Meeresbrandung ) Wir hatten das Essen im Speisesaal mit Halbpension gewählt—＞ Vorweg gibt es ein grossen Vorspeisen - und Salatbuffet Als ersten Gang gab es immer eine Auswahl an Pasta/Risotto oder eine Suppe, am Tisch serviert Im Hauptgang auch zum Auswählen Fisch/ Fleisch oder Vegetarisch am Tisch serviert Beim Dessert kann man vom Buffet auswählen oder Glace beim Service bestellen Personal überall freundlich Die Zimmer sind teilweise klein, ist halt ein älteres Hotel Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Meine Frau hatte einen runden Geburtstag , die Familie feierte im Hotel. Was mich enttäuscht hat, das nur ein Frühstückservice Angestellter ihr gratuliert hat, was ausgesprochen super herzig war, der Rest vom Hotel sich aber überhaupt nicht bemüht hat , Ihr was Gutes zu tun. Allgemein waren beim Frühstück nur zwei Angestellte nett und zuvorkommend. Die anderen grüssten nicht mal, vorallem die junge Dame war sehr hochnässig. Die Suite war gross und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem, leider vergassen die Putzladys , die Duschseife , WC Papier etc. aufzufüllen.
Trotzdem würden wir das Hotel weiter empfehlen, den der Meerblick und die Einrichtung hat uns gefallen.

Abbiamo celebrato il nostro matrimonio il 7 giugno 2024 al Ristorante La Prua / Hotel Savoia.... Tutto perfetto !! Quale posto migliore per il più bel giorno della nostra vita! Tutti gli invitati (italiani ed inglesi) alloggiati in gran parte all'Hotel Savoia) sono rimasti meravigliati per il ricevimento, il servizio, l'hotel e per tutto. Hotel Savoia exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding. The facilities and location are excellent, rooms immaculate and breakfasts delicious. The staff including Sarah and Claudia could not have done more to make our wedding day more perfect. Everyone was so kind and they did every thing to make our day so special. Claudia organised everything even my bouquet! Nothing was too much trouble. La Prua Restaurant was literally superb, the food divine and service excellent. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Savoia for making our wedding dreams come true.

Ti fanno sentire a casa. Hotel accogliente, personale gentilissimo, pulito. Ristorante con veranda proprio sul mare e terrazza solarium dove servono cocktails. Ottima cucina. L’ingresso principale dà su una piazzetta tranquilla, riposante. Facile arrivarci in macchina. Dotato anche di un ristorante gourmet, d’estate puoi cenare a lume di candela, all’aperto: una delizia. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di organizzare il matrimonio di mia figlia al Ristorante/Hotel Savoia ad Alassio! Beh che dire, siamo entrati in un sogno. L'atmosfera era accogliente e romantica, dalla terrazza meravigliosa a noi riservata per l’aperitivo, alla sala ristorante perfetta per una serata speciale. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con il personale che si è dimostrato gentile, attento e sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste. Il menu era creativo e con un tocco speciale ad ogni portata. La presentazione dei piatti era un'autentica opera d'arte è stata un'esperienza culinaria straordinaria. Gli ingredienti erano freschi e di alta qualità e il sapore era semplicemente delizioso. Ringrazio tutte le persone che hanno lavorato per realizzare la serata! in particolare i Sigg. Nunzio, Giorgio, lo chef Loris, Leonardo (mitico agli aperitivi!), Orlando e la dolce Daniela!!! Una super squadra!

Suddivido la mia valutazione in hotel, ristorante hotel, terrazza/spiaggia. La camera 304 ha una vista spaziale sul mare, e laterale verso la torre e la spiaggia, davvero vista stupenda e la musica delle onde che rilassa tantissimo. Staff hotel molto gentile sia alla reception, il bagnino della terrazza, il barman Leo gentilissimo e lo staff del ristorante sorridente e simpatico (soprattutto Silvio, alias Nessuno e Daniela). Servizio parcheggio e car valet è davvero utile! Abbiamo pranzato e cenato in hotel: il buffet è veramente ricco e di buona qualità e anche i piatti che abbiamo scelto, la colazione a buffet è molto ricca, tanta frutta, e molta scelta. La veranda è spaziale, sopra il mare con una vista stupenda e i gabbiani che arrivano fino a sotto le vetrate. Le sale interne e la hall sono rimasti agli anni 70: meriterebbero un restyling completo a partire dalle poltrone nere nelle due sale ( sala tv e saletta bar), molto scura e un pò opprimente. Nella hall c'è un mosaico e struttura in rame che forse potrebbe essere completamente rinnovata con uno stile contemporaneo ed elegante coerente con lo stile dei piani, le cui camere sono molto eleganti. Note stonate: il prezzo camera a maggio 250 euro per un 3 stelle (non oso immaginare ad agosto), una maggiore cura nel ripulire la stanza (dopo il primo giorno), nel rifare il letto, riporre i pigiami avrebbero dato quel quid a quest'esperienza molto positiva ad Alassio.
