The hotel looks very attractive from the outside and cost €71 per night including breakfast. The room was spacious and attractively furnished. We felt comfortable. I can only shake my head at the staff. The concierge took very long to finally give us the room. There were three rooms occupied with us. In the restaurant, the staff were having a lot of fun and were very loud. When we wanted to order, neither of the two waitresses spoke a word of English and the concierge didn't feel like helping because he was flirting 😂 Google translation worked. When we asked for local beer, they wanted to offer us becks instead. This morning in the breakfast room, they indicated that the coffee was over there... in a paper cup! I asked for cups. The two waitresses put on lipstick at the bar and admired themselves in the mirror, they walked around bored and without any interest, which is really sad in such a beautiful hotel. Is this kind of sloppiness the fault of the management or the payment of the pero as. In such a hotel you should speak some hotel English

Ottimo Hotel con tanti servizi ,piscina molto bella e giardino ben tenuto ,buona colazione e camera spaziosa.
Comodo parcheggio e posizione strategica vicino ad Alba Iulia e autostrada.
Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile.

Tenía una reserva en el Hotel, con desayuno incluido. En la web de Hoteles.com indicaba perfectamente la hora que comenzaban los desayunos, pero al llegar al Hotel en cuestión se me indica que no podría ser, porque se empezaría una hora y media mas tarde, lo cual, para continuar nuestro viaje no podíamos permitirnos.
Le expliqué a la señorita de recepción la situación, y que la información estaba clara en la web, e inclusive en un cartel en la recepción, pero que como habían cambiado, no se podía hacer nada al respecto.
Me quejé a atención al cliente de Hoteles.com en ese mismo momento, me llamaron al momento, pero sin darme soluciones, tan solo que en 72 horas me darían una respuesta... que llevo esperando desde el 7 de Julio, y hoy estamos a 31 de Julio, que serían esperando unas 504 horas en realidad a fecha de hoy, y como me indican, que siga esperando.
Una atención al cliente de 0 por parte de Hoteles.com, al igual que por parte del Hotel Astoria, que no nos proporcionó un servicio contratado estando la hora indicada y dentro de nuestro horario de viaje.
Pagué por un desayuno que jamás recibiría.
