We had excellent vacation there! The hotel was big, with proper parking area and fast and warm welcome at the reception, very professional. The room was spacious, newly furnished and cosy, everything you need included, with large terrace. The room and the bath were very clean, maids were kind and smiling, doing excellent job. The restaurant was big, spacious, clean with polite and kind staff. The food was delicious, fresh and various. The outdoor pools and aquapark were our children's favourite place, spacious, clean and suitable for all ages. We come back there definitely! It was wonderful!

Friendly and helpful staff.
Great food. I only had breakfast and dinner for almost a week.
It was very quiet and relaxing ... it is not the season yet though.
Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically.
We loved it!

Wrześniowy pobyt w tym hotelu był świetny! Pokoje super, duże, przestronne i z pięknym widokiem z 9tego piętra. Jedzenie bardzo dobre (każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie), obsługa pomocna i przyjazna. 5 basenów zewnętrznych plus basen z atrakcjami dla dzieci, masa leżaków, 4 baseny wewnętrzne (w tym jeden sportowy! Mega! Trochę pojawia sie grzyb na suficie ale nie ma tragedii). Blisko do plaży (czysta, przyjemna, piaszczysta, ciagnie sie na 5 czy 7km, woda w morzu bardzo ciepła) część leżaków tez jest dostępna dla gości Flamingo. Wychodząc obok basenu jesteś już na głównej uliczce ze sklepikami. Nie będziecie się nudzić.

Having decided at the last moment to attend a conference in Albena, we have found a very good offer on the web for the Flamingo Grand (it was much cheaper than any other hotel). Having a limited budget (you know, research funds) we decided to book the hotel, and we were wondering in which dark basement our rooms would be... And instead, surprise: fourth floor, huge rooms with beautiful balcony! The staff is very kind and I have to say that I really like this hotel.

Na plus: bardzo ładny, duży pokój, ładna plaża i basen, sympatyczny pan, który rozwozi bagaże( i to jedyny sympatyczny pracownik obsługi w tym miejscu). Na minus: brak sprzątania mimo wywieszonej prośby, śmieci stawiałam obok wózka sprzątaczki sama, obsługa w recepcji i w restauracji pracuje jakby za karę, nigdy się nie uśmiecha. Czułam się źle podczas ciągłego sprawdzania mnie w restauracji i na plaży, pytania były zadawane agresywnie, stale musiałam udowadniać, że jestem gościem hotelu. Słabe jak na obiekt 5 gwiazdkowy. Ostatniego dnia o 12 wszystko zostało mi odebrane. Jedyne zainteresowanie recepcjonistki to czy nie muszę czegoś dopłacić. Pani w recepcji poinformowała, że mogę korzystać tylko z przechowalni bagażu, z basenu absolutnie. Chciałyśmy poleżeć na leżaku, transfer był dopiero o 16, mnóstwo wolnych miejsc przy basenie. Niestety. Snułyśmy się w upale po kurorcie 4 godziny, bo nasz hotel pożegnał się z nami bez klasy. Byłam w kilku hotelach w Albenie i po raz pierwszy taka sytuacja. W zeszłym roku w Ralista byliśmy potraktowani miło i nawet dostaliśmy miejsce do przebrania się i odświeżenia przed podróżą. Nie pojadę więcej do Flamingo Grand. Czułam się tam nieproszonym gościem za spore pieniądze.

Flamingo Grand and Spa Hotel in Albena is one of the best places for vacation in Bulgaria. The suits and studios are excellent and the food is perfect. The personnel is very competent and friendly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Strongly recommended.

Anreise am 05.08.2024 erster Eindruck sehr schönes Hotel , Leider seit dem 05.08 bis zum heutigen Tag 14.08 ist das Zimmer dreckig, schwarze Haare im Bad und das eine Bett mit Flecken, bereits 3 mal die Rezeption informiert nie wurde es sauber gemacht nur Oberflächen. Leider ist das Essen auch seit 2 Tagen täglich fast roh ob pommes kartoffel oder das Fleisch talweise. Die poolanlage ist in die Jahre gekommen lose fließen algen am beckenrand lose Gehweg steine ich weiß nicht woher die 5 Sterne an dem hotel kommen. Sauberkeit Max 2 Sternen Essen 3 Sterne Freundlichkeit 5 Sterne. Für Urlauber die nur Ruhe wollen ist das sehr gut da ap 22.30 hier nichts mehr offen hatt und sehr ruhig ist wenn man bißchen was erleben will abends spazieren shoppen ist man hier an der falschen Adresse. Der Strand ist wunderschön keine Steine kein Dreck und sehr flach für Kinder traumhaft.

This is the way we are met every time we stay in Flamingo Grand Hotel Albena. This is my 2nd time for this year staying in the hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious, modern decorated with a fine touch of elegance.As this is my 3rd time in the hotel I have seen 4 different room designs-there is a kitchenette, a main bathroom and a separate toilet which makes it very convenient for families. -The staff is polite and helpful -Wi-Fi is free with very good speed - food in the restaurant is always fresh( salads, vegetables and fruits) and absolutely delicious.Breakfast and dinner was served in 2 restaurants. I tried some unusual and very tasty combinations such as bake pear with blue cheese and light caramel sauce. -there are 3 main pools- providing facilities for kids and adults and also daily activities organised by the animation team Thank you Flamingo Grand team for the plea sent stay! We will be back
