Beautiful area of Portugal. Very nice Hotel the staff was very friendly. My concern was that when I booked they offered a cocktail upon checking in, I hinted many times to the manager and staff? We never got any response. The listing is very misleading we were to be booked to a hotel 2 hours away.

Alva Valley Hotel is a great place to stay. Fantastic room with a huge terrace which opens onto a stunning landscape; delicious breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you to Xavi for the way he made us feel so welcomed in a hotel surrounded by magnificent natural beauty. Without a doubt, a place to return to.

A estadia no hotel foi perfeita! O atendimento muito solícito e educado, por parte de todos! Gostamos muito a da estrutura do hotel. O quarto que pegamos tinha uma varanda enorme,
Incrível. O único ponto não tão bom foi a cama que não era de casal e não tinha como juntar. Sugiro que o hotel invista numa solução (como uma roupa de cama que una as duas camas).

Calidades 5 estrellas !! Jamás pensé que este hotel iba a tener ciertos parámetros de lujo. Si como lo estoy diciendo. Habitación amplia, terraza enorme, vistas increíbles, limpieza y toallas de muchísima calidad, desayuno casero y muy natural , cenamos unas croquetas un risotto y pato confitado brutal !!y empleados muy serviciales y simpáticos . Lo tienen todo !!!

Estivemos de visita à serra da estrela e com um filho fazer de volta a viagem torna-se super cansativo, foi aí que surgiu a ideia de procurar um hotel um pouco mais distante da serra. Chegamos ao hotel por volta das 19h e fomos recebidos de uma forma como nunca tínhamos sido recebidos ultimamente. Meteram-se logo com o filho, quando isso acontece sabemos logo que o local é excelente. Subimos ao quarto e tínhamos o berço conforme solicitado e inclusive um upgrade... As toalhas de banho e a roupa de cama tem uma qualidade acima do expectável, costumo sempre usar os meus produtos de banho, mas reparei que tinham ameneties ecológicos e decidi experimentar, a pele ficou super macia. Bom pequeno-almoço, com uma óptima variedade de comida e bebida... Uma vez mais, os empregados foram mais que agradáveis... Espero voltar muito brevemente Obrigado a todos pela excelente estadia

Estuvimos entre semana en el hotel. Fue todo una sorpresa ! El hotel ha cambiado de gestor, están implementando muchas cosas nuevas y fue una experiencia Fabulosa. La limpieza es increíble y la simpatía de las personas que trabajan allí es top . Parece un 5 estrellas !!!
