Great place to stay. The hotel was clean and staff attentive. We would have liked more variety for breakfast but cannot fault attention to customer experience. Swimming pool is perfect.

I can’t recommend this place enough. The location and architecture were beautiful. I arrived at 10:30pm and they got us drinks and food. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was large, had a TV, a small nook in front of the window you could sit in ,and a wood burning stove. The breakfast was good. I used both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and they were terrific as well.

Una estancia absolutamente placentera. El personal del hotel educadísimo y atentísimo. Un hotel perfecto para descansar y relajarse. Muy acogedor y con una decoración muy bonita. Lo recomendaremos. Esperamos volver cuando tengamos que recargar las pilas.

A estadia neste hotel de 5 estrelas desiludiu-nos globalmente muito, embora haja a registar a simpatia de alguns dos funcionários. Fazendo-se publicitar como SPA, a piscina não passa de um pequeno tanque com alguns jatos (um deles inoperacional) e duas camas de borbulhas, num espaço manifestamente desadequado à capacidade do hotel. De salientar, negativamente a temperatura da água assim como o excesso de cloro. Também estranhamos o facto de ter de ser o cliente a ligar a sauna. Refeições, apenas usufruímos do pequeno-almoço, nada a apontar embora esperasse mais tendo em consideração que se trata de um hotel de 5 estrelas. Quartos de boa dimensão, sossegados proporcionando um bom descanso. De negativo, pouco espaço para arrumação no armário, ausência de uma secretária e cadeira, frigorifico vazio e falta de uma chaleira, embora tivesse máquina de café. Quarto de banho também de boa dimensão, pecando porém, com a ausência de um armário para arrumação e toalheiros que deveriam estar aquecidos para secagem das toalhas e mesmo reclamando, permaneceram desligados durante a nossa estadia. De salientar também e negativamente, a restrição horária de cafetaria, ou seja, querendo um snack, apenas poderá pedir até às 19H00. O hotel é bonito, tem uma zona exterior que será aprazível com bom tempo no verão, porém globalmente é excessivamente caro para o que oferece.

Estadia de 3 noites em ambiente familiar e agradável. Simpatia dos funcionários, qualidade dos quartos. Deveria contudo proporcionar um ambiente mais acolhedor nos espaços comuns, dado a nave principal onde funciona o bar e o restaurante ser pouco acolhedora, nomeadamente no inverno (tem uma pequena lareira, que não tem capacidade para aquecer e transmitir ambiente acolhedor num espaço tão grande). Falta a existência de uma sala tipo biblioteca, onde se possa estar confortavelmente a ler. O SPA é simpático, nomeadamente o serviço de massagens que tem qualidade), mas a temperatura da água da piscina deveria estar um ou dois graus acima, e a sauna deveria existir o cuidado de ser atempadamente ligada. Infelizmente não foi possível experimentar o flutuario. Balanço geral é contudo positivo.

O hotel é muito bonito e confortável, o piscina interior é pequena mas muito agradável. Pequeno almoço poderia ser melhorado, tem pouca variedade e produtos de fraca qualidade. Fiz um jantar no restaurante, fiquei desiludida, comida muito mal confecionada. É pena não o postarem em produtos locais de qualidade. Para os preços praticados deveriam melhorar os serviços, staff simpático mas com pouco conhecimento.
