Stayed at this fine hotel recently, a real genuine welcome by Louise as the front of house ambassador for the hotel, a real asset. The restaurant and bar staff were really good, special mention for Elias and Emily but the staff in the restaurant were all really good, food was amazing as well. Unfortunately, the housekeeping let the side down with service not matching the former.bath towels not left in the room on day 2 when the room got cleaned, also the underneath of the bath plug was really dirty with ingrained dirt, think some more stringent QA needs to be applied to raise standards. Towels, etc, brought to the attention of the front of the house, who immediately rectified the issue. Would stay again, though.
