La résidence est très bien entretenue, bien située, la piscine et les appartements agréables, le personnel très accueillant et professionnel.
2 points d'amélioration :
- plus d'étagères pour les produits et de crochets pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain
- avoir le programme des événements prévus dans les alentours disponible dans plusieurs langues

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo residence per un week-end lungo, alla metà del mese di maggio, ci siamo trovati veramente bene, anche se la maggior parte delle attività proposte non erano ancora in uso (ne eravamo comunque a conoscenza e la cosa non ci ha toccati minimamente). L'appartamento da noi scelto era per quattro persone,con un grande balcone fornito di tutto l'occorrente per godersi il panorama: fantastico!!!! Nonostante la stagione non fosse ancora iniziata abbiamo trovato tutto pulito ed in ordine ,anche nelle zone comuni. Abbiamo utilizzato l'angolo cottura solo per la prima colazione ,a mio modesto parere se avessimo cucinato avremmo avuto qualche problema con le stoviglie . Il personale gentile e disponibile, ci tornerei.

Abbiamo alloggiato per un paio di settimane in questo residence attratti dalle buone recensioni e le confermiamo tutte! L'appartamento era un trilocale comfort con vista laterale mare al secondo piano. Alloggio di recente costruzione dotato di terrazza e ampio bagno (in particolare ampio vano doccia), cucina moderna con fornelli a induzione e grande frigo con capiente congelatore (manca solo la lavastoviglie). Tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di condizionatore. Il comprensorio é dotato di bella piscina e comodissimo garage seminterrato. La location è buona poiché in zona residenziale con grande supermercato nelle vicinanze, spiagge libere e attrezzate a pochi passi; centro (bellissimo) a 2 km (1/2 ora a piedi, spesso noi andavamo in auto e parcheggiavamo in zona porto. Alghero è stupenda, peccato per la posidonia che si trova sulle spiagge che oltre al danno estetico (benché sia un indicatore di mare pulito, va detto!) produce esalazioni maleodoranti portate dall'inevitabile decomposizione. Anyway, ribadisco che la location è strategica e funzionale anche come base per gite in auto (i.e. spiagge di Stintino e Bombarda, Castelsardo, grotte di Nettuno, Asinara etc...). W la Sardegna ed elogio al Picalé!

Residence centrale a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, talvolta da in promozione garage auto e 2 lettini piscina compresi nel prezzo! Qualche piccolissima pecca nella manutenzione...ma pulito! Staff non invadente, cordiale ed proattivo, un ringraziamento particolare va alla Signora Eleonora alla reception per aver prontamente risolto una nostra esigenza abitativa...GRAZIE di cuore!

La struttura si trova a pochi metri dal mare, in una zona ottimale; con una passeggiata lungomare di 20 minuti è possibile raggiungere il centro di Alghero. Possibilità di raggiungere anche le vicine spiagge "La conchiglia" e "La palafitta". Vicino al residence ci sono vari ristoranti, pizzerie e davanti alla struttura una gelateria dove fanno un gelato buonissimo. A pochi metri si trova anche un supermarket. Per quando riguarda l'appartamento, il monolocale è molto pulito, abbastanza spazioso, ampio balcone, angolo cottura piccolo ma funzionale con frigor adatto a due persone. Bagno con doccia, acqua calda sempre funzionante. Wi-fi gratuito, aria condizionata a pagamento. Cambio settimanale biancheria letto e bagno comprese nel prezzo. A disposizione degli ospiti c'è anche una piscina con lettini e ombrelloni. Personale della reception disponibile e cortese. Struttura consigliata!!!

Air condition cost extra. Be sure to get a valid receipt or they charge you twice ! Not very clean and staff quite unprofessional. The only nice thing is the location close to the beach. But know there are few rooms with a real sea view. Would not stay again.

The location of hotel is great. Nearby is one of the best ice cream places I have been to. Close to a supermarket as well and the beach is just a few metres away. The room standard is very low and poor. The beds are awful and the noise from outside is constant. We did not expect so much traffic but there were cars all day and evening long. The staff of the hotel were nice to us. The pool area is also very good. One minus is that air condition is not free of charge, it is rather pricy. One down side with these apartments is that you need to clean the kitchen until perfect before your departure, otherwise the hotel will charge you a high fee, around 45 euros. I have never experienced this before and it did not feel very pleasant.
