Hotel location is great. Ambiance is nice and room is spacious. Rooms have some different kind of spray smell. Wish reception staff welcome with smile😊 .

Safe location and great service
This is a very clean, spacious and calm hotel. Located in a quite comfortable and safe neighborhood, it its very peaceful inside, no noise or hustle around and your sleep in silence and coziness is guaranteed.
Team was also very friendly, helped me with organizing taxis and directions, provided excellent room service and amazing food.
All facilities work well, everything is clean and functioning perfectly. Recommended for short or long stay!

Hotel is always making some alteration due to which the annoying sound of construction starts every morning pathetic stay don't recommend to anyone.

The hotel allocated the room which was supposed to be under repair as teh bath tub was damaged and there was no other space to have bath. Even after complaining twice on 12th nov, the staff didn't responded for any kind of room change. Later again i take up this issue quite strictly in the morning on 13th nov, then only they arrange the other option. In the room no. 301 which was allocated, the chair was broken and twice complaint but the approach of the staff was same and till i checked out the damaged chair was replaced. The quality of shampoo, & shower gel, & the body lotion is very poor, it should be improved or they can provide any branded items in a small packings.

I stayed in both deluxe as well as executive room and only the executive room was good, clean and spacious. The deluxe room didn’t have a proper bathroom. It was only a bath tub where you can bath. Again room service was pretty average. Didn’t respond to the request for cutlery.

The property is located right in the centre of the urban settlement of civil lines in prayagraj. Rooms are spacious, luxurious and full of amenities. The lobby and restaurant have been renovated beautifully, and the services are excellent.
