It's an old hotel. Has an old feeling about it. Very musty. Lots of debris and trash in the elevator and hallways. Not my first choice.

The suite I booked was very cute and spacious, it was a very nice room but the pull out sofa had white pet hair all over it even though there were no pets allowed at this hotel. They didn’t have a mini vacuum or anything they would clean a sofa with at the hotel says the front desk attendant. Then the toilet did not flush we had to keep taking the top off the back of the toilet and jiggle the cord. :( I was told there wasn’t another suite I could be moved to and then I was given a lint roller for the sofa and with a lot of elbow grease it helped a little. I was also told there wasn’t a way to compensate me for the inconvenience I encounter while staying at there hotel because I booked through a 3rd party :( so, wasn’t able to be switched out of the room nor compensated for the inconveniences really stung.

Room was perfect, great for my business conference. Enjoyed the amenity of my jacuzzi and went for a swim in the large pool as well. Staff was very helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond for all the guests! Looking forward to coming back next time I’m in town!

Dirty bed skirt, wrinkled sheets, extremely bad odor, dirty tub, roach on the wall, leftover food from past guests in the refrigerator, had to reactivate key cards every time we came back in the hotel. Remote control to the tv worked sometimes. No access to the alleged wifi.

It was decent but we got a room with hot tub and it was not big enough for two people. Also the smell of majauana was strong in the halls and in our room.
