Kazakhstan Hotel

I was in transit in Almaty. I wanted to walk around the city and spend the night in a good hotel. I chose Kazakhstan. After reading the reviews, I took a superior room. So that it was not an old Soviet one, but one with new renovations. I arrived, 25 minutes by taxi and here I am at the hotel. At the reception they said that I have a superior room. Okay, they give me a card from 2515 - I am glad that it is the top floor. I go up. I get to an old shabby room with dense windows and noise. I go down. I say - the room is not that, it is old, I should have a superior one, a new one. The guy explains that this is a superior one. That there are like 3 types of rooms - very old, like mine and new ones that are more expensive and are called Superior. I ask him to find me a new clean room and that I will pay extra. He goes "to the manager" and comes back with a card from 1705. With a smile he gives it to me, says that no extra charge is needed and I go up happy. New floor and new rooms! Mountain view. In the photo everything is as in my booking) In general, except for the fact that something is constantly humming outside the window and when you close the window it is unbearably hot in the room and you can't turn down the heat - everything is great! Bathroom, kettle, tea, coffee, robe and slippers). The comfortable bed is huge. I had a great rest and sleep! There are a lot of restaurants, shops and places to walk around. The city is very beautiful! If you care - choose a superior room! Breakfast is a separate song. It is amazing! I spent an hour at breakfast.
