Staff went out of their way to help deal with unexpected things. Breakfast was excellent.

The AC for the room is broken, was told to open the window for air?

First room's toilet had a sewage smell, and we were moved to another room but the shower drainage was pretty clogged up. Location was good as it's just beside Almaty-2 train station.

For a three-star hotel, the conditions are similar to domestic ones, and the front desk is quite welcoming. It's close to the No. 2 train station, but nothing else.

The only advantage of this hotel is that the price is relatively low and it comes with a buffet breakfast (there are very few breakfast varieties). Others are very poor, as follows: 1. The air conditioning settings are useless; 2. The room door handle is loose; 3. The bathroom door works sometimes well and sometimes cannot be opened; 4. There is only one cup in the room (including the bathroom); 5. There are still damaged areas when the floor is stepped on. PLS: Are Almaty hotel prices crazy? ! The hotel prices are ridiculously high!

It's a very cost-effective hotel in Almaty. I like it very much. It's convenient to eat around. There are Xinjiang cuisine and Chinese food, which can be reached in 6 minutes on foot.

一般般吧，有預算住隔壁的Ibis，這個酒店還不如國內的7天

前台工作態度太差，水平很低，周邊吃飯的地方很少，不會再去了

其他都可以，可是房間居然不提供飲用水，也沒有燒水壺。這有點奇葩

性價比比較高，服務好，早餐一般般。

Located in a good place with access to amenities, but the rooms are very basic, beds weren't very comfy. No kettles or water bottles. The breakfast spread was alright. Although it would be nice to be slightly flexible with check out, we were late by 5 minutes and they asked us to vacate the room in the next 10 minutes.

I stayed at this place for 2 nights during my trip to Almaty, they have a strict check-in on time policy, as i came like 11 AM in the morning and requested for early checkin , I was asked to pay 50% more of the total booking amount for early check-in of 3 hours, I prefer to wait in the lobby for 3 hours for the same. The room size is average and small and doesn't looks fresh at all, Due to high volume of customers they have inflated the price of the rooms and are over charging which I really didn't liked . Overall an average stay with just basic facilities. Don't expect that they will do something special to make your stay better , would only recommend to people if they don't find any other decent stay in the city,
