It's far from the city, and the location is hard to find. The road outside the hotel is still under construction, which makes it even harder to find. There were no towels and bath towels when I checked in on the first day. I thought they were not provided, but they were replenished when I asked for room cleaning on the third day. I negotiated to have the room cleaned, but it turned out that they only cleaned it, and did not replenish disposable items such as slippers and water... The breakfast was average... It takes almost 35 minutes to take a taxi to the city, and 40 minutes to the airport. But the hotel staff are very friendly and can speak English.

It's about a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport, and about 20-30 minutes from the hotel to the city center (Green Bazaar, etc.).
The 80 bus stops very close to the hotel. (But it takes more than an hour from the city center, even though it was rush hour at around 7pm.)
In other words, it's a little far from the city center.
But there are quite a lot of shops around, so it's not lacking in liveliness. Rather, it's fun and convenient with a sense of everyday life.
Everyone at the front desk spoke fluent English. There was also Chinese signs, so I think it's probably a place where foreigners stay.
I was surprised that I was charged 3,600 tenge for the laundry service.
The shower is a little inconvenient. In my room, I had to leave the water running for about 10 minutes before the hot water came out.
When I made the reservation, I asked for a pick-up from the airport, but there was no reply and they didn't notice.
The room was spacious enough.
I stayed for two nights, and when I asked the front desk to add another night, they gave me a discount and quoted a cheaper price than trip.com, so it's a good idea to take advantage of this when you extend your stay. Breakfast was delicious!
