Nice hotel with parking, located at the top of the Avenida del Mediterraneo, a little far from the center but convenient for a stopover on the way to the highway and next to a large shopping center. The bedding is very comfortable, The staff is very friendly. No tea, coffee, infusion in the rooms, which would be a plus.

We think it's a good value for money hotel, so we'll go back if we get the chance. One observation, which we think is very important, and we'll make a note of it. Once you've checked in, THE HOTEL ITSELF sends you an email with the menu and cafeteria prices, but they're totally out of date and the worst thing is that when you let them know, they tell you that they already know... To give an example, the scrambled eggs with ham according to the check-in were €7.50, but they charged €14, the Elba sandwich was €8 and they charged €13. The price for drinks is not the same either, but it's much more normal. They don't have it out of date, they have it totally neglected. You can't charge ALMOST double what you tell the customer at reception. Otherwise, very good.

After spending 3 days in the local Government hospital my wife & I stayed here for 2 weeks before we were repatriated back to the UK. Excellent hotel in a lovely area with amazing staff who were very attentive professional & extremely helpful - the manager was very supportive. The hotel is situated just outside the city centre but only a short walk away. Very near the hospital & a large shopping mall. The food was very good especially the breakfasts with a variety of choices on offer. Very near to a host of good restaurants/tapas bars which serve excellent & great value for money food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break at a most reasonable price.

The food was excellent and although the staff had little or no English the service was very good and all the staff were friendly and I felt very welcoming. The hotel was spotless and I really enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect for shopping, walking to the beach and the airport. I’m looking forward to returning next year

Excellent and friendly service we are a film production company and sometimes require very early breakfasts and v late suppers- the food is very good and the staff and management couldn’t have been more accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. We have been using this hotel as production base and accomodation regularly for the last ten yrs. They reserve parking outside reception if requested. There are meeting rooms to use as production offices. The rooms are spacious and the beds v comfortable. The hotel has shops, restaurants, laundry and a mall 3 mins walk away. It is 5 mins drive from the motorway. It ticks all the boxes !

For reasons of work 5 years i coming in this hotel. 5-6 times in the year. And Always feel like at home. Staff is friendly allways give all attention for clients. Food is delicious, breakfast is very good. Best recommendations.

Unfriendly service personnel, I was wondering what I have to do get even a coffee. At least I had to care on my own. No communication with not spanish speaking guests. Room price directly at hotel much more expensive than in internet, but no chance at reception.

We did not like it in general, the mattress was quite bad, the sheet system covering the duvet was very uncomfortable, the bathroom lacked a comfortable shower and there was too much bathtub. And the breakfast was very average with low quality and very little variety, with the common areas very unwelcoming.

Excellent treatment from all the staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Dinner in the restaurant very very good. I will return, without a doubt. They offered me a room change immediately after explaining that I had very noisy neighbors, with a smile on their faces, very understanding, much appreciated.

We went this weekend with my partner and two friends, I loved the hotel, perhaps far from the center but magnificent in service and attention. The spectacular buffet breakfast for only 8.50, the large and comfortable rooms... quality -price of 10

The attention from the staff has been excellent. The service and the rooms are very comfortable, the cleanliness of the room and the services offered by the hotel are unbeatable. Miss Julia was attentive at all times with a kindness that I have not found in other places.

Good morning guys, this week we have been staying at this hotel and it has been great, the situation, very close to the airport and the value for money that it has makes the experience great. The rooms are very large and clean. I can only put one less positive thing that are the pillows that we have not had the option of choosing another and that was not comfortable for me at least.
