Freundlicher Empfang. Im geräumigen Zimmer mit grossem Bad lag auch eine Decke und ein Geschirr für den angemeldeten Hund bereit. Das ganze Haus wurde schön renoviert. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Wir genossen erstmal die gut beschattete Restaurantterrasse, wo wir jeweils auch das Nachtessen einnahmen. Vorzüglich gekocht, eher grosse Portionen. Service herzlich. Der Frühstücksraum ist ein echter Hingucker, das Frühstücksbuffett reichlich und gute Qualität. Für Hundehalter hat es am See mit kleiner Promenade direkt hinter dem Hotel genügend Platz und sogar einen Kotbeutelstation. Wir haben das Hotel schon weiterempfohlen und kommen sicher wieder mal vorbei. Denn obwohl es in einem kleinen Ort liegt, ist es doch sehr nahe an vielen Schwarzwälder Ausflugs- und Wanderzielen.

Nice small hotel in a quiet location. Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Also the food in their restaurant was amazing. Our first 3* hotel in a long time, but had more of a 4* hotel feeling. Only the walls were thin and you could hear all too well your neighbours.

Wir haben gestern eine Pause auf der Terrasse des Hotels verbracht. Zur Erfrischung bestellten wir 2 Dessert. Erdbeeren mit 1 Kugel Vanilleeis und Sahne für 6,50 € waren in Ordnung, aber die mariniertwn Erdbeeren mit dem Limettenparfait für 8,00 € waren sehr "übersichtlich", das Limettenparfait war minimal größer als ein 2€‐Stück und wurde von einer ebenso großen Meringue begleitet. Fazit: kleine Erfrischung - großer Preis. Leider habe ich vor lauter Schreck kein Foto gemacht.
