Hidden Jewel Boutique Hotel

Awesome boutique spot in a great location First day was amazing from check in to check out. The staff are awesome super friendly feels like family. The rooms are super clean and gorgeous. Location is great and you have your own dock to get picked up from for Tours . Really easy and mellow and beautiful. great beach and pool Food at the restaurant is also top-notch. It’s small and a little more secluded than some of the bigger resorts so if that’s what you’re looking for it’s perfect.

Lovely Chill Relaxing BeachFront! Place is beautiful, well appointed, charming w thatched roof and large open living room. we had to arrive late at night and they accommodated us wonderfully. We had 2 bedroom beachfront with patio. AC and WiFi great, full kitchen, super HOT water in shower and sinks.

The staff were super helpful! From Deb at reception to Ronny at the bar! Servers and staff fantastic! Even did laundry for us! Great restaurant on site with view of the Caribbean. Extra comfy bed! We will be back!

The staff on the property we so helpful, accommodating with any request we had prior to arriving and while on vacation at the property. The staff learned our name the moment we arrived and always called us by name the entire vacation. They truly focus on making your vacation special. We ate at many locations on the island during our vacation. While the food was good at other locations. We think the food served at the resort restaurant was by far the best on the island and not overpriced for island prices. The room we stayed in was a nice bungalow. The bed was very comfortable, and the a/c worked great. We were there during peak mosquito season, and they were very minimal. Due to the resort having a mosquito spray system around the resort that you never noticed or have spraying while you are outside enjoying the property and scenery. The resort is located only 20 minutes north of town and 20 minutes from Secret Beach (by golf cart). The resort can help you with setting up a golf cart rental while you are there. If you let them know the need prior to your vacation. Hidden Jewel Resort is a definite spot we will return to on our next vacation to Ambergris Caye.

Had such a great stay and the staff was lovely! Heidy, Brian, Chris and others were so pleasant! Beautiful view as well. Pool was clean. There’s a restaurant and bar, and although we were close to the restaurant, the music did not disturb us at all. Will visit again!
