We booked a room at this hotel for one night stay with friends. It was the evening of a football game in the area, and there was also a large group or team visiting at the same time, so the hotel was very busy with lots of kids running up and down the halls and a large group having a party in the lobby all night. Upon arriving into our room, we noticed that the door was open which was concerning. When we closed the door behind us we found that it did not latch closed and could be pushed open. We called down to the hotel reception and were given instructions on how to fix the issue. Unfortunately, this did not help. We called down once again and they sent a staff member up to try to help, and the staff member was frustrated by this issue. We were running low on time so we decided to take our valuables with us while they fixed the door since we were not comfortable sleeping in a room with a door that does not lock closed.  We also asked to switch rooms and were told that there were no comparable rooms however they were finally able to place us in an upgraded room but it was not the right size for the amount of beds that we needed. The staff did what they could to help, however they were not friendly about it and seemed annoyed that we were asking for a door that locked. We even asked to be placed in a sister location but were told there were none.   Overall, it was too many issues for such a short stay and I would not choose to stay at that location again. 

We stayed here while visiting family. We usually like staying in suite hotels, because we're traveling with our young daughter. The rooms are spacious and have everything you would need for a hotel at this price point. Extremely clean, felt like brand new rooms. They have a lot of little things that make a big difference: lots of hooks to hang towels, tons of counter space in the room, outlets and USB plugs, plenty of towels and a decent gym. The free breakfast was better than expected and had tons of options. I'd definitely stay here again. 

My dad and I had the immense privilege of staying in this lovely hotel on our way back from Orlando on our last stop before arriving home in Toronto. The concierge was very friendly and her dog was really cute. The hotel was nice and clean which was great due to COVID. The room we stayed in was well heated and comfortable for the cold March weather.
