Best Hotels near Cotton land - أرض القطن, Amman

We would like to specifically mention, that this hotel was booked on the grounds of location (we needed something on the outskirts of Amman, so that we could drop our car there and use taxi to travel inside the city). What was good: - convenient location if you would like to not drive inside Amman - spacious room - nice staff (though not too able to communicate in English at times - there're multiple employees and their level of English varies) - nice view from the balcony - WiFi was not too bad - all amenities were available Disliked · What didn't go well: - the apartment was clearly not having enough cutlery (i.e., there was only 1 large spoon, 1 small spoon, etc.) - no wine/beer or for that matter any regular size glasses. On request we managed to get whiskey glasses, which were able to use for juice - not all floors are served by the elevator - bathroom was separated by a glass wall, and it was a bit challenging, I would really suggest replacing it with a normal wall

The hotel is awful, old fashioned, smelly, they never once hoovered or cleaned the room or the bathroom! The air con/heating didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the toilet itself was broken and each time I flushed, the toilet would flood! There were exposed cables in the bathroom and near basin area, the shower itself would ooze a horrible smell! They didn’t provide a coffee cup to drink out of even after asking several times! They were rude and told me to use the bathroom glasses/tumblers! We stayed here as part of a tour of Jordan, but it was traumatic to say the least! 3 nights of awful food, bland, tasteless, they would recycle the meals and you’d have it for the next day (dinner as breakfast etc). The omelette station guy was clueless and nearly set himself on fire a few times! I made my own omelette once as no one was around! The food was left uncovered so would have flies over them, cold most of the time, it was like eating mush every day! The hotel has a gym and pool but they let random people into the hotel to use these for a small amount of pocket change! I was in the gym one evening with others from my tour group and we were threatened by a group of Jordanians who demanded to know our room numbers, our personal details and one tried to take my iPhone! This was reported to the hotel manager who said he would take action but he never did anything and we couldn’t use the gym or pool again the remainder of our stay there! Complaints were made in writing to the tour operator, who issued compensation, but the hotel and its abysmal staff lied and tried to lay blame on us as guests! Truly shocking and I hope people are aware of everything before considering staying here! We felt unsafe, from outside people who walked in without any security checks, and also unsafe from the staff as the manager invited his friends over to watch football, who all made threats to us! The hotel is very tired, located on a dark and unsafe side street, with horrible staff, disgusting inedible food, smelly unclean rooms, and bathrooms etc that don’t work! My stay in Jordan was marred by this hotel and it’s staff, but we managed to salvage the experience with better safer hotels the remainder of our stay.

I originally thought the hotel was okay, but when I saw 63JOD on the reservation form at the front desk, it didn’t feel good when I actually paid 770 RMB. In other words, Ctrip made me a profit of 770-63*10.28=122.36 RMB. I was drunk. The hotel environment is okay for Amman. The upper floors are quiet. The waiters are very polite. However, they only provide the most basic toiletries. For example, shampoo and conditioner are two-in-one and the quality is very poor. A pair of slippers. It's pretty good in Amman. In China, I think it's about the same level as Crystal Orange. The environment is only 300-400 yuan. Of course, the prices here are incomparable with those in China.

We stayed at this hotel last year for the first time and we loved it. So we decided to stay again this year & as expected its amazing. When I checked in I remembered Jabr from last year and he is one of the best & professional receptionist I ever met. His welcoming attitude & fast response to our needs is exceptional and outstanding. The checkin was fast without any delays, the room is amazing with views to a nice street especially at night. Jamal guided me to the suite/room, he is one of nicest staff I met and doubled checked if we need anything and made sure all is perfect. Everything was clean, the bed is very comfortable and the the morning breakfast is delicious . This is now our favorite hotel in Amman, we travel at least once a year to Amman and we will definitely be staying here again and again! The area has everything you need with cool cafes and restaurants just a block away. Um Uthaina area where the hotel is located always gives me positive vibes.

Amazing hotel. Very clean, very neat. Staff is wonderful and service is great. Repeating next time. I wouldn’t stay at any other hotel. The service is second to none. Felt very honored and respected. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Can accommodate an extra bed but pay 45 JD per night There is a problem with the drainage pipe in the bathroom. After the shower, the bathroom is full of water. Breakfast should be eaten as early as possible. If there are many people who are arranged to eat on the 42nd floor, there will be no good things to eat..... The breakfast on the 6th floor is good, very delicious. The service of the hotel is very good, the hotel in the UAE (headquartered in Dubai) is more valued service! Compared to Israel's 5-star hotel Rotana, the price is very high. It is also very convenient to call Uber outside! It is not expensive to go to the Roman theater and the Amman Museum 2 JD. To Jerash, Uber is about 15JD, and to the Dead Sea, 20 JD. The Abudali Mall on the edge is Amman's largest and the newest shopping mall. There are quite a lot of supermarkets and restaurants. It is quite convenient to walk around and the price is ok. In short, if you like to live comfortably, it is not wrong to choose Rotana.

I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons. Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy. Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. We booked a suite. We only booked this hotel after reading reviews that it was clean and had no smell. Overall, it's really clean and the room is big enough, but there are also many shortcomings. 1. In such a big house, there are many charging plugs and USB interfaces, but there is only one plug on the corner of the window next to the window for charging. The rest are just decorations. I don’t know what other rooms are like. 2. The breakfast we ordered was included, but when we went to eat in the morning, the restaurant service staff said that breakfast was not included. We explained. After a while, another person came and said that breakfast was not included. We explained again; after a while, we explained again. , another one came, a total of seven or eight people came to ask us, and it was like eating and drinking. We complained to the front desk and were given an apology, but in the end no one took care of the matter. 3. The service is not good, and I feel a bit discriminated against! This is a quaint little hotel that has its entrance directly from the main road on a busy street. The staff are extremely friendly, the check in process was smooth and the room was very good with different pillows to suit your tastes. The bathroom was also up to the mark, with all the usual amenities. The breakfast was a typical Arabic / continental spread, more than adequate to meet my needs. There was also a gym which I never got around to using.
