Every morning the same processes, coffee in ToGo cups in a paper bag together with a apple and wooden knife, incrusted ”sandwich” in alufolium with always the same coating ( disk cheese disk cooks******e dry without butter). With some luck it managed to not shake the coffee and everything is dry. But this a piece of fruit is now beautifully warm. Or it's all swept and the day and breakfast is ”saturated”. No trace of a table, a normal cup, a normal beet etc. Eating from the hotel kitchen is unfortunately not worth the price. Carpaccio is beautifully made and fully frozen in the middle, so fresh is different. The hamburger on the one hand is “mini” and in the dry bread that falls out when looking (13€) are a joke, unfortunately not funny. Bach now several stays, forcefully as everything else is closed, I will change immediately as soon as alternatives are available. Hotel itself is clean new and modernly furnished, but dues is destroyed by the circumstances described above DANGER!!!!!

The hotel is very good in all aspects, the room is very clean, the facilities are complete, especially the air conditioning is a beautiful brand in China, it is really powerful, the service attitude is also very good, the breakfast is also good, there are many vegetable markets and supermarkets around, enjoy the local customs, There is a small park next to the hotel, except for the far from the city, the hotel is generally very cost-effective.

Enjoyed 8 days at Hotel Do Mar. Its a minute from the beautiful clean sandy beach. The 70's styled hotel is built into the steep hillside. Access to the floors is therefore split between separate lifts at about floor 5. We found our rooms comfortable with good aircon. The rooms have a cottage style with dark wood windows, blinds, doors and cupboards The en-suite facilities looked relatively new and all functioned well. We found the hotel staff helpful and attentive. Covid rules were being carefully followed and the place was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast room and bar enjoy stunning views across the bay. The hotel garden has mature trees and lawn areas. The pool was clean and well maintained; plenty of sunbeds available. For families there are about 20 steps from the lower lift to the beach. The seafront is mainly pedestrian and level. Sesimbra is a quiet village. Aside from the excellent beach it has a working fishing harbour and the local restaurants have the freshest fish. This was a new find for us. Its about 35 minutes from Lisbon. There are some bus services from Sesimbra, but a car will be required to tour the area.

The perfect hotel for travel. Arrived at the hotel at 8 am and was surprised to be informed that the room was ready to check in and give away breakfast for the day. Opening the door, it was upgraded into a suite. Super king bed + sofa bed in the living room, just right for our family of three. Thoughtful is still behind, giving gifts, tarts, chocolates, souvenirs every day. It was also reminded that it would rain, and a rain hat was sent to block the rain. It's really intimate. No enthusiasm from the front desk staff. The breakfast food was very good. The view from the restaurant is superb. But my child lives in a room at the end of the corridor. There was a machine sound in the middle of the night on the first night. It affected my sleep. I went to the front desk the next day and asked to change the room, and said no. But the noise problem will be dealt with. But there was still the second night, Complained again. Only said to turn off the pool machine. There was no noise on the third night. Does this mean that they did not pay attention to the problems of the guests. So the service is poor.

Lovely and close to the airport, a late check-in, staff were delightful, she even came to my room to help me with the wndow, the handle was broken so it would not close properly. Toilet, seat was loose... Nice room, but a bit of road noise with open window. Breakfast was great and at €9.50 very reasonable, good selection and even a fresh orange squeezing machine. If you have an early morning flight, seriously consider this place. No stress about 10am checkout 👍

Clean and very new room but if your idea is like ours and is looking for a pet friendly hotel I didn't like anything that puts that “can be charged**** supplements” you send a message to the hotel saying you're wearing two caniches toy, which I didn't have No answer, and after going up to the room and check in, tell me you need to talk to me, you charge me €20 per night with these two dogs, I understand they charge a supplement for them, but be clear in Booking.com and put your real price, because it is not the same to carry two 3kg toy canches each which do not release hair for their race, as a chowchow like that I saw in the reception, or a German pastor who if you have to have an extra cleaning for the hair topic, would not return for this topic, since at the end the price came out to me as a hotel in the centre of Lisbon with the same features.

Works are very comfortable and very well equipped. The cleaning was perfect. wide bathroom. Located in a quiet area, very close to the metro and a short distance from the historic center and the Prince Real. The check-in and check-out process is very simple. The service team facilitated the change of payment form before my arrival and always answered my questions, even when I warned you would be out of the date combined with a problem in the flight. The only negative point to be highlighted is the space of the kitchen pier, because the above boxes are a little low and therefore the position of using the pier is slightly uncomfortable. But as use is point - even the apartment has a washing machine, but we find it excessive to use because we don't get sweating a canvas in quantity that justifies use - it's nothing to catch the stay.

The location of this hotel is far from historic center but 10 minutes walking to the nearest Alameda metro, but first the walking distance to the Alameda metro station is not to closed. Then get off in Rossio metro station and walk in historic center. Then going back the same and going up the hill is not easy as they say. The hotel cleaning was fine. The staff too. Breakfast so so, not for the price of 9 euros p/p. Now the noise from next door rooms was horrible, no respect to anyone and beds not as comfortable. The are does not look to safe, but is ok. Just be early at the hotel.

We stayed as a family for 4 nights and unfortunately the hotel didn’t live up to expectations for a couple of specific reasons. First of all, we should point out that the hotel is pleasant enough and is indeed set in beautiful grounds. The breakfast was also of good quality. Our issue was that we came away feeling that children were not really welcome at this hotel. On each of the days that we sat by the pool, we saw ours and other children being told off by the same staff time and time again for having the temerity of raising their voices slightly, or throwing a ball around in an empty pool. When asked why, the staff seemed to blame the adult guests for complaining! The other issue is location. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere - no bars, no restaurants, nothing to see, nothing to do. The centre is a decent distance away. Overall, we would recommend staying elsewhere if you have children under 16 - this is not a family hotel and doesn’t even pretend to be once you are there. In addition, if your intention is to actually see parts of central Lisbon it may be worth looking for something more central to ensure large parts of your holiday are not spent in the back of a taxi.
