The hotel has one of the best locations possible right next to Leidsplein which is central Amsterdam, it has many restaurants, bars and commercial centres.
Great transport links to other areas too, and it has the perfect mix of quiet nights to sleep and busy lively areas to do things by walking 10 mins in any direction.

The room is small, the capsule coffee machine doesn't work well, and the stairs are high and narrow, but the guy on duty at the front desk at night is really nice!

There is no elevator, so I took the stairs to take my suitcase to the 4th floor. My neighbor kept smoking ********* and making a lot of noise at night. The sound insulation of the hotel itself is very poor. When a room on any floor is closed, the whole hotel can feel the vibration.

Location is not bad near tram station. Stairs is too high and narrow. Need to go downstairs to smoke everytime. Beds and bath are not comfortable. Reception stuff is best at the hotel helped a lot.

HORRIBLE, SUCIO, ASQUEROSO, DE LO PEOR QUE HE VISTO Y ESTADO . ME FUI A OTRO HOTEL SIN QUE ME DEVOLVIERAN EL DINERO DE LA PRIMERA NOCHE. UNA VERGÜENZA. DEBERÍAN HABERME DEVUELTO EL DINERO DE LA PRIMER NOCHE YA QUE NI SIQUIERA ME QUEDÉ A DORMIR.
La gestión de ********* también dejó mucho que desear. No se hacen responsables de promocionar un hotel que no cumple las normas mínimas de higiene.

très bien. personnel aimable, chambre propre
Hôtel très bien situé à 30 minutes à pied de la gare. de nombreux restaurants et transports autour. vue agréable sur un canal. chambre au 3ème étage sans ascenseur : pas facile d'accès, escalier pas facile à monter pour personnes à problèmes. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous avons perdu un peu de temps (2heures) à cause de nos badges de chambre qui fonctionnaient mal. Le personnel était très aimable. la chambre était faite tous les jours

So so poor.
No hot water for 2 and a half days. Extremely noisy until 4am, not very clean and old furniture. Extremely small bathroom. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. The canal view was on canal construction starting at 7am. Dangerous steps for people with limited mobility. Terrible stay.
