The room was on the third floor, so the stairs were quite steep. It was hard to lift and lower the suitcase. I wish the stairs and the room were a little cleaner.
The bus from the airport was easy to find, and it was nice that it was close by. We quickly arrived at Amsterdam Central Station by tram, enjoying the city views. I was supposed to go to Amsterdam Central Station, but for some reason Google Maps showed a route to get off at a station a few stops before and walk, but I didn't follow that. Of course, the final stop was Amsterdam Central Station. 👍The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming.

Perfect hotel for those who want to be close to the center, with good quality and preserved amenities, for an 18th century building. As it is an old building, it has some nuances, namely not having an elevator and having steep and narrow stairs (something that is traditional and unique in these buildings). Small details that make all the difference in a unique cultural and traditional experience. We loved everything, from the staff (very friendly and welcoming), to the conditions, amenities and quality of the hotel. I definitely recommend it!

The staff were super friendly and helped us with lots of questions. We were allowed to leave our luggage there before checking in and were able to go into town. It's easy to get into town by bike and there's a lovely park nearby. We had a room at the top, which was lovely with big windows. This meant that the room was relatively warm, but the air conditioning worked well. The only negative thing was that the shower drain was very slow. But we were very happy with our days in Amsterdam!
