Excellent location, development meets all the conditions to be the best on the island, however it appears to be severely constrained by resources. Cleanliness is not good in the rooms, it is clear that they do superficial cleaning, the room has nothing but the mini bar, hygiene products seem to be mixed with water to render, breakfasts are very poor, few options, little care, poor quality, little food. The pool has cold water and the jacuzzi is not inviting… 5 star hotel that shouldn't have more than 3 for the services provided, regrettable!

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles. Chambre malpropre, moisissure sur les rideaux de douches et bains, drains bloqués, chambre vide, insectes dans la chambre. La suite ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans les draps.

Antes de mais quem espera um hotel de 5* por este valor é pedir para ser “enganado” Eu incluo-me nesse campo Do aspeto geral posso resumir que o que me dá a entender é que foi construído com materiais nobres e com elevado luxo, e que tiveram que por os preços de acordo com o espaço, não tiveram a procura desejada e baixaram os preços, logo faltou muita coisa, a manutenção dos quartos e espaço não é incrível, facilmente se encontra coisas estragadas e degradadas, no meu caso o ar condicionado não funcionava era fácil de encontrar manchas de bolor e humidade no quarto, paredes da varanda a desfazerem-se, o pequeno almoço é razoável para uma pensão, aqui penso que deveria ser melhor, a vista é espetacular, o atendimento não é para um hotel de 5* nem aqui nem na China, embora não tenha um motivo em específico, seria bom para um hotel de 2/3 estrelas, a piscina dá a entender que é aquecida pelas fotos mas não é, ou seja as fotos e a realidade são coisas diferentes, no geral acho que a situação mais crítica será mesmo a falta de manutenção.
