Ontbijt naast de receptie waar continu iemand zit en op z’n telefoon terwijl er ook muziek aan staat , dienstverlening is zo goed dat ze nog net niet naast je zitten aan tafel.aanbod beperkt en koffie matig.lokatie top en bedden super ! Mooi zwembad, mooi strand dichtbij .

Hotel próximo a estrada e dentro de um condomínio. O aplicativo de mapas do google levou exatamente ao lugar. Existem vagas fora do hotel, na área mais alta, e outras próximas as suítes, que podem ser apertadas. Mas há flexibilidade na vaga. Fiquei hospedado no próprio prédio da recepção e do restaurante, com vista para piscina e uma varandinha. O lugar é silencioso e muito agradável, principalmente, próximo ao canal. Nos hospedamos em dias nublados e chuvosos. Mas como ponto de partida para passeios e compromissos foi uma excelente escolha. O café da manhã é bom. Jantamos no restaurante, e servem pratos muito bem preparados. Academia suficiente para manter a queima diária e o hotel possui bicicletas que podem ser usadas pelos hóspedes, sem custo. Possui muitas áreas agradáveis e confortáveis, próximo a piscina. E conta com um bar na mesma.

The breakfast was ok but limited on fruit and meat selections. The room was perfect, on the canal, but the shower had trouble daily turning off. The pastel was excellent

The hotel was very clean & quiet. The staff was friendly and overall everything was great.
Areas for improvement could be the dining experience it took quite a long time to get food & drinks. Other than that it was good. Thank you!

Nunca passei por tamanho absurdo. Tiveram a capacidade de permitir reservas em pleno canteiro de obras como atualmente o hotel está. Os poucos funcionários que estavam atendendo estavam plenamente desconfortáveis pois não sabiam o que fazer para nos atenderem e pareciam apenas estarem cumprido ordens da adm sem se conformarem por permitirem reservas. Tudo estava sendo quebrado a piscina com a água que era só poita grossa de concreto quebrado. O deck todo estourado. A cozinha não estava funcionando normalmente. O café da manhã nitidamente improvisado. Toalhas das mesa sujas. E ainda teve dia que o restaurante do hotel não abril para jantar sendo que o hotel fica no meio do nada. Ficamos refém de um lanche pelo iFood. Nós ofereceram como “cortesia” um passeio pelas praias ao lado de 5h pelo preço de 250 reais. Que cortesia se tem nisso ? Palhaçada… detalhe todo tempo que eu estava hospedado via nas plataformas de reserva que estavam reservando normalmente. Também foi confirmado pelos funcionários que aquela reforma estava já planejada para este período que não recebem mtos hóspedes. Hospedagem de De 8-11/05.

Fizemos uma reserva pra este hotel às 9 hrs da manhã de uma quarta feira , começando naquele mesmo dia e mais 2 noites . Ao chegar no hotel , depois de quase 4 hrs de viagem , ficamos atônitos !! Hotel em reforma , piscina bloqueada , nenhum hóspede ! A pessoa que nos atendeu na portaria não sabia bem o que dizer , falou que foi um conserto de emergência !! Com equipe de vários homens ? E porque não entraram em contato para cancelar a reserva ?? Inconcebível . Ficamos tentando reservar outro hotel , e mesmo não tendo me hospedado deu pra ver os quartos pequenos , hotel espremido com uma entrada minúscula , longe da praia , e 35 minutos de distância de Angra dos Reis , nada por perto . Não consigo entender como tem tantas avaliações boas . Péssima experiência !

O hotel fica num lugar lindo,os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, o quarto muito espaçoso e bonito,o café da manhã é bom,servido na mesa e tem poucas opções ,a comida do restaurante é muito gostosa.
Ponto negativo é cobrarem taxa de serviço e que por sinal, foi surpresa ,deixando a conta bem cara.

Wonderful! We loved the property and the area. The staff was great and so helpful. Leila, Flavio and Vanessa were so nice and helpful, others too but they stood out.
