周邊的購物很方便，都是在建材市場裏面，非常方便，不得不説真的是方便，周圍的交通也是很方便，非常不錯。

挺舊的，不過這個價位也算正常，就是衞生間太小了，馬桶淋浴都擠在一塊，而且馬桶沒沖力，沖不了一點。最讓人折磨的是空調一直有聲音，吵的一晚上基本上沒怎麼睡，還有蚊子給我和同學咬的不行，第二天考試頭都是暈的
