這次入住安吉悦榕莊整體還算滿意，服務員都很禮貌，特別是管家Molly很稱職，當她知道8號是我和先生三十一年結婚紀念日時，特意送了一個蛋糕過來~很開心的一次入住體驗

這次帶孩子小住了兩晚，感覺很滿意。酒店環境清幽，中式庭院設計很有高級感。酒店服務也很好，可以説是把微笑服務落實得很到位。除常規接待外還有一對一管家服務。美中不足的是早餐略顯單調。
另外，就點附近的鯨奇谷很棒，適合孩子撒歡。
最後感謝我的管家Ida，很貼心，也幫我們安排地很好。

環境沒話説，老牌酒店設計風格大氣優雅，中式典雅的大廳和別墅房，私湯的景一絕。
服務普遍不錯，管家Ida回覆很快服務周到，謝謝！
不過也存在小部份人員不是那麼專業，可能是年輕經驗不足，瑕不掩瑜。
唯一美中不足的是泡池邊沒有防滑和台階警示線，也沒有扶手之類的設計，對老年人不太友好（不過長者肯定也不是酒店主要客羣吧🧐）希望改進！
