這次來安吉，讓我有種回家的感覺。儘管每到一個城市，都做詳盡的攻略，但是遠不及酒店管家小林帶給我的安全感。提前電話聯繫☎️，預約加了微信，詳盡到酒店位置，早餐時間，當地氣温。這一點我真的給雲上草原點個贊👍🏻房間不大，應有盡有，雖然陰天，但是景色很美。希望下次還能再來！

酒店服務非常棒。非常感謝小胡管家，幫我們免費升級了套房，解決了我們兩娃不太好住的問題。又貼心的幫我們免費安排了一位小朋友的早餐。這次兩個娃娃玩的都很開心，即便天公不作美，一直陰雨綿綿，孩子們也還是興趣不減。唯一不足的是當晚房間沒有冷氣，我們入住那晚房間非常熱，睡的不好。但是小胡管家的服務是加分項，總體來説五分好評！可以推薦寶媽們去打卡

松鼠酒店的房間真的像松鼠住的房子一樣 爬樓梯感覺像在樹上的感覺
自帶的松鼠樂園挺好的 飯後孩子玩到挺晚的
燈光很美
酒店有一對一管家服務 小鄭管家很認真負責
熱心幫助了我們 因為有樓梯找人幫我提行李
早餐也很豐富
房間還有小音響 放音樂很不錯！整體很滿意 ！
