説實話，環境挺好的 房間隔音效果非常差，我在屋裡都能聽見隔壁洗澡，前台服務態度不能説好衹能説很一般，前台説話語氣讓我們覺得不舒服，基本的服務行業，最起碼沒有笑臉也不用説話很硬氣吧，而且跟前台説房間裏有蒼蠅，我們出去吃了個飯，前台私自進我們房間，也沒跟我們説，回來就説給我們屋子裡打了蒼蠅葯，我們能説什麼呢，隨便是個人就可以進我們的房間了嗎，我在網上訂的，上面寫着可以兩點退房，一點就給我打電話讓我退房，説阿姨要打掃房間，怕打掃不出來，跟我有什麼關係，真的非常差的一次住酒店，還是多加強一下前台的培訓吧

房間收拾的很乾凈，但是房間裏煙味很大，開了窗一夜，睡衣上依然殘留很大的煙味；床，很硬，席夢思裏面的彈簧硌的我和孩子一夜都沒睡好，床墊上就鋪了一層薄薄的墊子，我不知道就我住的房間這樣還是其他房間都這樣。其他的都還好，服務挺熱情，院子裏環境不錯。
