Sin aire acondicionado. Mal servicio.
Un hotel muy malo. Aire acondicionado malo en todas la habitaciones del hotel. En aquellas en las que funciona solo sirve como ventilador. No enfría. Nos ofrecen un ventilador para el calor. Insufrible las noches con ese calor y sin aire y sin ventanas. Reclamamos pero no hubo ninguna solución. Cambiamos de habitación y nos cobraron. Insólito.

más agüita en habitaciones por favor
tuve un par de incidentes en la dependencia, siendo ayudado por el personal y siendo demostrado el interés por gerencia a mi situación, la habitación fue muy cómoda y acogedora. si yo dejaria un poco más de agua en las habitaciones.

Demasiado austero para el nivel de la cadena
Esperaba mucho mas para la cadena. En general muy pobre, una garantia ee $40.000 diaria por persona es demasiado considerando que ni siqiiera estaba funcional el frigobar, la cena era solo a la habitación, sin uso de piscina noli espacios comunes algo que debiesen informar antes porque para que ofrecen piscina si no se puede usar? No es malo pero de todos los que he ido es el peor.
