The view from the room is relatively high. Try to ask the front desk for a high-rise room. The elevator is transparent. I am afraid of heights in the elevator.

Hotel has a great location but is starting to get long in the tooth and needs some renovations. Room was good but very sparse on amenities such as Kleenex, 1 bar of soap and a face cloth. Restaurant was excellent.

Uma maravilha! Quarto com vistas maravilhosas. Restaurante espectacular. SPA cinco estrelas. Localização perto de centro comercial, na zona central. Em primeira linha do Oceano Pacífico com som que permite um relaxamento com descanso completo.

Si hay eventos no se puede utilizar la piscina, el bar y restaurant tienen una muy lenta atención. No informan que el sauna tiene costo extra hasta llegar al spa El gimnasio tiene pésima aireación y ventilación La vista es maravillosa y el servicio es buena, pero si se va por piscina, piscina temperada, ojalà no toparse con eventos.

Bella habitación y vista al mar, buen desayuno, solo falto el pastel del día, spa decepcionante, muy pequeña piscina temperada, máximo 34 grados, entran niños a pesar de que dice para mayores de 16 años, el uso del sauna ya no está incluido en la reserva de habitación, se cobra a parte por uso de 20 minutos, $20000 pesos, una lástima ya que en todas partes los hoteles de 3-4 estrellas tienen como estándar el uso del sauna incluido para los huéspedes del hotel, por lo que el valor que se paga por noche en el hotel NO ES CONVENIENTE PRECIO - CALIDAD, el restaurante muy bueno, se puede ir sin necesidad de estar hospedado, así que no suma puntos para hospedarse en el hotel, la atención en el restaurante es muy buena y la comida también, el estacionamiento del hotel es terrible, mejor ir en lo posible sin auto, la atención de recepción es buena, considerando que no les permiten la entrega de habitaciones antes las 15:00 hrs y no permiten usar instalaciones previo a la entrega de habitación y tampoco luego del check out, solo guardan el equipaje, así que no pueden ofrecer mucha ayuda y no suma puntos a este hotel. Si en el spa estuviera incluido el sauna sería recomendable hospedarse en este hotel, pero como no lo está NO RECOMIENDO HOSPEDARSE AQUÍ, y lamentablemente es posible que no lo considere para hospedarme nuevamente, hay opciones mucho mejores en otras cadenas de hotel, con amplios espacios de sauna, piscinas temperadas y vistas al mar para descansar y disfrutar de Antofagasta y el valor en estas opciones es menor que el pagado en este hotel.

Not the best hotel...but among the worst.
Upon arrival, I was notified that the parking was full and that there were no additional options for parking. I was forced to park my vehicle in a very unsafe area and walk to the hotel. I also was unable to off load my bags in front of the hotel due to the doorman not allowing me to. Upon checking in I found many hairs through out my room's bathroom. Bed was comfortable and there was a menu of pillows to choose from. Breakfast buffet is great and a high light of the stay. Food was fresh and very well stocked. I was getting married and needed to take some pictures for the wedding and during the shoot leaned against a wall only to find out that it left a stain on my suit jacket. Just an over all unpleasant experience. I won't be back.
