Hotel Indecente. Lurido. Servizio imbarazzante. Come è possibile che gli siano state date 4 stelle?!? Non ne meriterebbe nemmeno 1. Junior suite, sporca. Divano pieno di macchie. Bagno inguardabile. Schifo dappertutto, allego le foto a dimostrazione. Riscaldamento rotto la prima sera, richiesta stufetta perché non c’è stata la possibilità di cambiare camera perché al completo. Sala ristorante con riscaldamento non funzionante. Temperatura esterna -5. Abbiamo cenato,in pochi, con il piumino. 3 Cani della proprietà liberi: bulldog francese, bracco weimaraner, Simo Labrador nero. Sdaraiti sui divani della hall o che strusciavano la pancia, e annessi, su tutti i tappeti della hall.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits (15 et 16/11/2024) dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait, que ce soit l'hôtel, le personnel, le petit déjeuner. Très bien accueilli et les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables ; je recommande ++++. Cet hôtel est très bien situé car près du centre ville d'Aoste. Il possède un restaurant très agréable mais qui n'est pas ouvert certains soirs mais un très très bon restaurant se situe à 5 minutes à pied (restaurant El Paso)

Hotel di buon livello, camere spaziose e pulite, diciamo all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Peccato che venga tutto rovinato dal ristorante : abbiamo ordinato la carbonada, che abbiamo assaggiato e lasciata lì. Ricetta non attinente alla tradizione , polenta istantanea che navigava nell’acqua e spezzatino di vitello (non di manzo) completamente insapore. Addetto al servizio ai tavoli incompetente. Vitello tonnato così salato che era quasi immangiabile .

Siamo stati in questo hotel per il weekend del 1 novembre. Che dire ci siamo trovati benissimo, posizione comoda, macchina Nespresso in camera, terrazzo ampio, stanza spaziosa,piscine e spa regalataci nel prezzo della stanza. Consigliato!!

Camere con arredamenti rovinati e vecchi, divano dalla junior suite tutto sporco, ristorante con servizio che non si può nemmeno chiamare tale , acqua in bottiglia scaduta cibo mediocre fatto pagare x buono. Al momento del check out hanno fatto storie x il pagamento in contanti,x 2 notti, perché non hanno resto quindi o date i soldi contati o si paga con carta di credito. Le 2 stelle sono solo x la comodità al centro di aosta e il parcheggio

Etant une personne à mobilité réduite, j'avais choisi cet hôtel car il y avait un restaurant. Du moins sur le site web car à l'arrivée on nous a annoncé que les 2 restaurants étaient fermés le dimanche. La moindre des politesses serait que ce fait soit mentionné clairement. Pour le reste, rien à redire, la chambre était très bien et le personnel agréable.

La struttura è architettonicamente interessante e lo stesso gli arredi. Pecca purtroppo la cura dei particolari soprattutto nelle camere ( es. porte di compensato con lamina rovinata o muffa nella vasca) , ottima invece la colazione. Peccato per il servizio ristorante che non è all’altezza della bella struttura. Un esempio per tutti il tovagliolo di carta con le posate d’argento… cena con portate dozzinali quasi da mensa. Ci sono ampie possibilità di miglioramento che dovrebbero essere assolutamente sfruttate!
