Very nice and welcoming hotel. Well organized rooms and very comfortable beds. We also had dinner and the dinner was great! They also helped us choose the wine with a lot of preparation. The spa is wonderful. All the staff were friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back

We have stayed in La Thuile many times, though this was our first time staying in Chalet Eden. I booked this as a child free 40th birthday treat for my husband and it did not disappoint. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back again. Room was perfect and hotel had excellent ski storage facilities etc. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and the new wellness area is amazing!! We loved coming back to the hotel after a day skiing and jumping in the hot tub. Dinner at the hotel is a must - food was excellent and had some lovely local wines. Can’t wait to return for my 40th!!

I went with a group 30 of friends for a ski trip. We had a great time. The staff were especially friendly. The rooms were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Nice bar space and we also used a meeting room. It is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the main lift but ski lockers are available for hire.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay. But I don't want to do that anymore either. Friday evening I call to book a room, the guy tells me it costs €159 per night and explains the services. Out of curiosity I ask the difference with the Booking price which was always €159. The boy is surprised because the price on booking must always be higher than what they say (he also goes to check on the site), so he very kindly stops me for the room, and says that he will talk about it with the owner the next morning to see if something could be done and always the next morning he tells me that they would send me the confirmation via email. It's Saturday evening and no one has made themselves heard, I call back, no one knows anything. After 2 hours the email arrives. PROMOTION the room from €169 to €165 (to which you have to add the tourist tax)...are you kidding me?? To top it all off, the next morning at 7.55 they told me that they had given the room away. The email didn't say to confirm and the boy never told me over the phone, in fact perhaps by mistake I had understood that by "stopping" it was booked. I think there is no need to dwell further and that the terrible non-experience in this hotel can be commented on by itself. P.s. I never asked for discounts, I just wanted a room.

We went here with friends on a not too crowded afternoon. The staff is rude and it shows. The fake do-goodism of the supposed "superiors" and classism can be felt in every corner. To be rich you have to be rich... but with values. To never again.

Beautiful Chalet in typical Aosta Valley style outside, and with a perfect mix of tradition and modern inside. Very friendly staff, from the welcome to the support for any need. We booked a Suite, a very spacious room with living room (where the cot for our daughter was placed, I underline free because it is not always like this) and bedroom, lots of wood which in the mountains creates warmth and the right atmosphere, fresh bathroom and modern with shower and also hydromassage tub, to make it perfect all that was missing was a small balcony, lastly, very importantly, everything was very clean as in any area of the structure. The hotel restaurant is excellent and I recommend it, with a small child we practically always ate here and were very satisfied, traditional Aosta Valley dishes in some cases revisited in a modern key, in line with the style of the hotel, which is also personal of a unique kindness. The breakfast is also excellent, perhaps the buffet should be expanded because there are quality products but not much assortment, but it is complemented by a menu for eggs of all kinds. What in my opinion is one of the great strengths of this hotel, especially for those who want to reach the ski slopes, is the location, it is a 5 minute walk from the ski lifts and this makes the difference. The general costs from the rooms to everything related to the extras are very honest, for the type of structure it is and what it offers. A really good hotel overall with a fantastic location, I highly recommend it

Lovely place, we often go with friends for an aperitif and this time I am forced to write a review on this place which until a few hours ago enjoyed my favor. Table of 6 friends, we order 4 Mojitos, a Spritz and an Americano. The cocktails arrive, we taste them and we realize the rubbish that has been served to us. I call the waiter and kindly point out to him that the Mojitos are 4 glasses of water where you can't taste either the mint or the lime... let alone alcohol (which for goodness sake... happens to be particularly light but oh well) The annoyed waiter tells us the ingredients, I insist on asking him to let the barman taste it. He comes back with a straw, tastes it, gets more and more annoyed and says it's a Mojito! There are 4 of us and we all agree that it really sucks! We then order a bottle of good wine and the Mojitos and Spritz (also disgusting) remain intact on the table. He opens the bottle and to prevent the wine from spilling out, quickly caps the bottle with the palm of his hand (are you serious?!) When it comes time to get the bill, the waiter tells us that we have to pay HALF for the cocktails even if they are disputed. An infinite sadness. Like losing customers.
