Отель вызывает смешанные чувства.
С одной стороны это прекрасное и уникальное место- пожить в реальном замке, получить весьма необыкновенные эмоции, которым не мешают даже подьем в 4 лифта. Номер буквально огромен! Отличная соответственно звукоизоляция от метровых стен.
Но на этом все положительное заканчивается, ибо в отеле системная проблема с сервисом и их много:
1. 0 безопасность днем, ибо кто угодно по сути может из посетителей замка пройти в зону номеров.
2. По факту не круглосуточный ресепшен и даже не с 8 до 20. При том, что говорили что кто-то там что-то сменяет- в реальности никого вообще с 20 и этак до 9 утра.
3. При той цене, что платишь в отеле вообще слышать не слышали о тапочках и халатах.
4. Раздолбанная сантехника.
5. Очень большая проблема зимой - отопление. Без него холодно (ожидаемо), но оно не жидкостное и не тихое конвекционное, оно какое то с диким шумным вентилятором. В результате сильный шум с котором если хочешь тепла- придется спать и это мешает. Регулировать это толком не получается в виду глючности управления. Итого или жара или холод.
5. Проблемы не устраняются. Забилась душевая. Говоришь об этом на ресепшене. Говорят что все сдеоают и никто не устраняет.
6. Посредственный завтрак, не предназначенный для детей, нет кашек и т.п.
Итого или соглашаетесь на указанные проблемы и получаете эмоции от проживания в замке или это не стоит указанных денег как в целом отель.

Dormire all’interno del forte per noi è stata un’esperienza magnifica. L’hotel è essenziale e pulito, camere spaziose e letto molto comodo. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Personale squisito (la signora alla reception, purtroppo non so il nome, simpaticissima…un vulcano di energia e simpatia)

Le cadre est impressionnant, fait voyager dans l’histoire et stimule l’imaginaire! L’accueil est très chaleureux. La chambre etait très spacieuse, il s’agissait de la suite car toutes les autres étaient occupées par un groupe de sportifs d’élite pour une course à pieds se déroulant le lendemain matin, dimanche. Donc plutôt agité pour un dimanche matin. Literie et propreté impeccable. Le seul point noir au tableau c’est le petit déjeuner. Totalement indigne à la fois des lieux et du service hôtelier proposé. Si j’ai bien compris, la partie hôtel loue les services de la cafétéria du château. Le personnel est sans âme et totalement désintéressé des taches qui leur sont dévolues; très honnêtement je n’ai jamais vu ça. Le management de l’hôtel devrait sérieusement se pencher sur cet aspect de leurs services qui est en dessous de tout; l’offre est également très succincte. Au final, je dirais que cela vaut la peine d’y passer une nuit, pour le cadre et parce qu’on y dort bien, tout en ayant à l’esprit que le petite dej le lendemain risque d’être très décevant.

Great experience staying at the fort. Parking was easy and access to the hotel is via 4 lifts. All the staff were helpful. Or room was big and well furnished. Good opportunity to visit some of the fort’s museums. We borrowed electric bikes to explore the nearest villages and find a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was provided in the cafeteria and was delicious.

An amazing experience staying overnight in an old fort/castle that once fought off the troops of Napoleon. The rooms are the officers rooms and are very spacious - ours was a 1 bedroom with a separate living room. You really feel like you're in an old castle, looking out at the scenery though windows that are 2 meters thick. The rooms feel luxurious and very modern, despite the historic location. Breakfast is delicious with fruit, croissants, and all the other typical breakfast foods available. Our kids loved the access, which is up 5 tram/elevators along the ramparts. Keycards give you access to the elevators after hours (24hr access). This is an amazing experience that added greatly to our visit to the Aosta Valley.

Dormire all'Interno della fortezza è un esperienza fantastica che consiglio a tutti di fare dove si può ammirare uno spettacolo mozzafiato specie alla sera e rivivere un po' di storia Camera molto ampia,calda, pulitissima Colazione molto buona con brioches ancora calde e personale di sala molto cordiale Ad accoglierci alla reception Cinzia una persona dolcissima e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta Nostro figlio è stato super felice di aver fatto il guardiano del Forte x una notte😀
