Bom hotel, tive pequenos problemas: pia do banheiro entupida, elevador quebrou, mas o mecânico veio rápido, suco de laranja e uva eram daqueles de pózinho, muito ruim, eram refrescos bem vagabundos. Todo o resto, ótimo.

Apto bom, água aquecida, chuveiro bom, secador de cabelo, etc. Boas acomodações. Único ponto negativo, pia ligeiramente entupida, água escorria com dificuldade, mantendo cuba cheia. Atendimento balcão poderia ser mais assertivo, hotel não mantém/oferece, de forma ostensiva, informações sobre serviços à disposição dos usuários (horários funcionamento copa/restaurante, garagem, etc.). Café da manhã, almoço de boa qualidade e atendentes cordiais no serviço. serviço limpeza quartos bom, apenas sem reposição sabonetes e shampoo, prontamente fornecido quando comunicado. Já me hospedei em outros hoteis ouro minas e acredito que este pode se aprimorar, com serviço de excelência. De modo geral foi boa a estada e registro meus agradecimentos a todos os funcionários que nos atenderam.

Hotel caiu muita qualidade, banheiro no box cheio de sujeira mofo, sem puxador de box, trinco da porta caindo, janela sem a alça para abrir e manter aberta, quarto sujo, porta da sacada uma parte sem canaleta vc fecha a porta e continua com barulho. Ar condicionado com barulho.

Atendeu, mas não agradou!
O hotel fica em uma ladeira. Tive sorte de conseguir uma vaga no estacionamento. O check-in demorou, pois o quarto ainda não havia sido arrumado e só entramos no quarto quase às 15h. Não havia toalha de rosto e as de banho eram ruins. O restaurante não funcionou no domingo para jantar e não fomos informados com antecedência.

Limpeza deixou muito a desejar.
O atendimento é excelente, funcionários educados. A limpeza do quarto é muito ruim. Cortinas sujas, box do banheiro com lodo. Café da manhã muito ruim, mamão estragado, melão velho.

Feliz por visitar o Santuário
Razoável, acesso difícil , rua estreita, calçadas exíguas, ladeira forte! O hotel é simplificado ao máximo e o preço muito alto para o que oferece. Mas, é limpo, o banheiro tem água quente no chuveiro e não tem no lavatório. A porta de entrada é legal com granito no chão, mas, não se entusiasmem demais com o marketing deste Plaza Hotel. Aconselho olharem a localização no Google Earth. A cidade de Aparecida encontra-se muito mal cuidada....

Lamentável
O chuveiro era péssimo tivemos que tomar banho colados na parede pois o chuveiro não esquentava e a caída de água era muito próximo a parede, além da limpeza do banheiro péssimo pois a pia estava entupida e havia papel higiênico sujo na tampa do vaso.
