First of all, I regretted booking a hotel with Ctrip when I went abroad. The location of this hotel was difficult to find, and Ctrip couldn’t even contact the hotel! (What agent can’t be contacted? The solution is to cancel the order for me. I want to cancel and sleep on the street?) Later, I can only find someone to call and ask for the location of the hotel. I recommend using Booking to book hotels when traveling abroad.
The hotel does not have this name! No license plate either! No one around here knows about this hotel!
Hotel location - When you come out of TIRANO train station (not the bernina ticket office), look at a house on the right, called Bernina hotel, restaurant. (When I asked others, they said they had never heard of bernina restaurant. I couldn’t find it on the map, but I just walked out of the station and went to Right! Look (the aunt on the phone kept saying it’s in front of Tirano Station! No! Not in front! It’s on the right!) You need to check in there.
Then the hotel front desk will take you to a hidden place that you will never find on your own.

I stayed one night to catch the Bernina Express. I had a great stay, the room was very clean, spacious, and there is a nice coffee maker. The view was the highlight.
***BIG TIP***The hotel reception is located in the hotel called "Hotel Bernina." It's different from where the rooms are located. Hotel Bernina i's directly in front of the train station. It's to the right of the underpass from the bus station.

It is very close to the station. Staff was so nice and very responsive.
We traveled with little child and honestly i think this hotel is not fit to the group of people like us.

Coffee machine leaked all over and hairdryer had a frayed cord which emitted a very big spark while trying to dry my hair. Most convenient for Bernina express! And good facilities. Checkin was weird.

A three-night stay here, with a really good location, right downtown near restaurants, and across the track from the xx Bernina Red train to Switzerland. Heated towel rack did not work when we were here in June. Nice amenities, small shower, which was very slick. We did not like the breakfast, overcooked, eggs, and once the croissants were gone, there were no more.
