É um condomínio com vários blocos de 3 andares. Cada bloco possui um apartamento vazado por andar. Ficamos no térreo. Existe opção de ir pelo hotel ou alugar de particular, ou seja, as unidades são diferentes. Fomos pelo clube de férias da RCI/ hotel. Área externa: lazer completo, bem cuidado. Praça com lanchonetes e um mercadinho 24h (auto-serviço). Saída direta para o mar. Dentro do apartamento (5-102): sala com ventilador de teto, sofá, TV, mesa de jantar, cozinha completa, 2 quartos com ar condicionado split, 3 banheiros (1 suite), shampoo e sabonete líquido, varanda com armadores para rede. Toalhas e jogos de cama limpos e novos. Possui estacionamento. Seria bom uma reforma para troca de portas, de colchões… mas da forma que está não impede uma boa estadia.

Pesadelo!
Pessimo. Quarto desatualizado, paredes sujas, barata, desníveis e chão banheiro inapropriado. O ar condicionado com barulho insurdecedor e enferrujado. Sem serviço de praia , pois os funcionários locais sequer responderam sobre as cadeiras e guarda- sol. Lamentável e considero um absurdo colocarem para locação este tipo de habitação. Experiência muito desagradável.

Estadia muito boa. Café da manhã com omelete e tapioca feitos na hora . Pessoal muito solicito e atencioso, jantar muito bom tbm. Área de lazer é espaçosa. A recepção fica fora do condomínio que por sua vez tem o hotel dentro do mesmo.

Agora entendo porque a nota geral é 7, a área externa é fantástica, tem muitas opções do que fazer e é bem seguro, mas o apartamento em si tinha mobilia antiga e o controle da TV não funcionava, apesar disso o atendimento para troca do controle foi bem rápido. O atendimento, limpeza e a área externa é muito boa, o apartamento é que deixa um pouco a desejar.

Excelente ambiente familiar
O check in foi super rápido e desburocratizado.
Os colaboradores são muito atenciosos.
O quarto é amplo e espaçoso (com fogão, microondas, frigobar - algumas louças), possui varanda ampla com armador e varal para secar a roupa.
Ar condicionado split novinho (com direito a um ventilador 40 cm)
Tudo limpinho.
A estrutura é maravilhosa com várias atividades (piscinas, aluguel de bicicletas, sala de jogos, academia, entre outros) e saída para a praia (pé na areia)
O complexo ainda conta com dois restaurantes e a barraca de praia!

Adorei e pretendo retornar.
Quarto excelente, limpo, cheiroso.

Dois restaurantes com preços bons.
Praia maravilhosa. Ficamos em um quarto próximo da praia.
Um ponto negativo é que estão reformando uma piscina em volta de um restaurante e com isso tinha muito barulho de máquinas e poeira no restaurante do café de manhã.

Primeira noite acordamos com goteira no quarto. Entrou água pela janela também. Os funcionários todos muito prestativos, educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã o suco de laranja era cobrado a parte (apesar de ter café da manhã incluso na diária). Muita formigas gigantes aparecem a noite no quarto e na última noite, apareceu uma barata no armário. A infra externa é ótima, mas os quartos precisam de reforma.
