Limpeza colocamos 1 porque zero não era possível. Fomos colocados num quarto que não tinha travesseiro e nem toalha e tinha baratas, depois trocado para um quarto sujo. Sem lençol, travesseiro que parecia uma almofada sem fronha. Dormimos porque era 3 da manhã. De manhã… corredor SUJO, com água de ar condicionado pelo chão. Café da manhã com xícaras desbeiçadas. Não nos importamos com instalações simples mas limpeza e um MÍNIMO de cuidado… isso é essencial. NÃO voltaremos e NÃO recomendamos.

Fiquei em um apartamento no 3° andas, privacidade 0 isso é uma falta de respeito, violar a privacidade do hóspede é crime, não tinha persiana ou cortina na janela, fora a situação grave que presenciei, estou deitado e só escuto os estralos de alguém caminhando encima do acrílico do forro, sai do quarto e fui ate a porta do elevador, quando olhei para o outro lado avistei uma escada de madeira dando acesso ao forro. Liguei para o hotel do quarto o recepcionista informou que não tinha ninguém, e estava nítido que tinha gente lá. Fiz um vídeo e irei tomar minhas providências.
