It was a family stay with kid. Rooms are quite specious and well maintained. Swimming pool is really nice. I don’t like breakfast because of limited options but service is quite appreciated. Overall a nice stay.

Overall disappointed with the price charged vs the service and amenities provided. I payed almost 17. 5k for 3 night's at sea facing cottage. Pros:
1)location and view
cons:
1)no fridge, ( in goa's temperature it is a must)
2) washroom's door doesn't fit
3)you get a room temperature drinking water bottles everyday
4)no paste, brush and the there is no mention of shampoo and body wash bottle so it's just a trial and use method
5)food we ordered from the restaurant was stale and uncooked so we complained the restaurant who replaced our orded. So never ordered a meal again from this restaurant. Overall feedback: for the price they charged we were disappointed with the amenities and services, my genuine suggestion will be to stay at other places nearby as there are lot of other options nearby

Staying experience was good facilities are good and staff also very helpful. Food is too much costly compared to food we get out side almost 3 to 4 times costly which is the only reason most of the people not ordering food or liquor from restaurant they offer.

Ac leakage, water coming inside the room and bathroom door was locked inside. Person came to solve but not well experience. All marketing only no customer support.

It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. From the reception to the housekeeping to the room service provided by the hotel restaurant, the staff was very helpful and cordial. The diwali party organized was also very entertaining with fire show, live music and drum performances was outstanding. Special mention to the restaurant staff lalit who took good care of our family during our stay.

I recently stayed at the Lotus Sutra Hotel in Arambol under unexpected circumstances after breaking my leg right before arrival due to an accident. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible—they assisted with check-in and check-out and even lifted me to my room. The room itself was spotless, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a very clean bathroom. The food was delicious, though a bit on the pricier side. Overall, the attentive and caring staff, combined with a clean, comfortable room, made a difficult situation much easier. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, good staff , food is ok. Location is next to Arambol beach. Room was neat and clean. Swimming pool is too good. I will recommend it for Arambol beach stay.Room services are quick and fast. It's full of greenery. Restaurant view is good,beach facing

Amazing seafront view. Lotus sutra is so beautiful with all amenities. We enjoyed a lot. One more thing which make it different from others is the staff. People are really cooperative and sweet. Overall a wonderful stay.
