Lamentable. Hotel en mal estado, mantenimiento nulo, desnivel considerable y preocupante, las vigas de los garajes agrietadas y abiertas, humedades por doquier. En relación al desayuno tipo buffet normal con embutido sospechoso. Personal agradable, eso si, pero la infraestructura y lo que ofrece el hotel pésimo incluso un peligro para la salud. Ofertan bar/salón como zonas común y te dejan disponer de el bajo pago. No lo recomiendo y no volveremos.

No volveremos ni pasaremos cerca no se nos vaya a caer encima. Desde el parking se ve la primera planta a través de las grietas. Cuando vas por los pasillos y en las habitaciones que dan a la calle te da la sensación de ir en un barco debido a la inclinación. No se cuanto tiempo lleva así pero no aconsejo comprobar si durará mucho más. El desayuno regular/mal. Y para usar el salón hay que pagarlo aparte. En resumen: para NO REPETIR. Por cierto: Arcos muy bonito y sus gentes un amor.

La peor experiencia de mi vida, el hotel tiene un desnivel considerable, las puertas se abren solas dando fuertes golpes por el desnivel, si dejas el carrito del niño se mueve sólo hasta chocar con algún mueble, te da la sensación de q estás en un barco, las instalaciones nefastas publicitan que tienen bar y cafetería y ni lo tienen abierto ni te dejan utilizar pues imagínate que vas a un hotel con niños y ahora no tienes donde poder echar el rato, el desayuno escaso no lo siguiente y encima los embutidos rancios y pegajosos, en recepción más de lo mismo vamos q te dan a entender que esto es lo que hay, ahora eso sí te dejan utilizar la cafetería previo pago de 30 eur la hora algo que me parece de lo más surrealista, en conclusión ni repetiré ni jamás en mi vida le recomiendo que se alojen en el hotel.

Hicimos una reserva en marzo para agosto un grupo de amigos para una boda. Nos la aceptan a todos, y nos llaman 48h antes uno a uno para intentar desplazarnos a otro sitio…y a cada uno nos cuentan un rollo distinto, a unos que había obreros, a otros que no funcionaba el AC, y a otros que habían hecho más reservas que habitaciones, que era el motivo real… Desplazaron a 4 habitaciones a otro sitio, muy lejos de donde nos recogía y dejaba el autobús de la boda, que era allí…

Our least favourite hotel on our two week Andalucian cycling trip.
Staff didn’t seem very interested, room was poor and breakfast was dreadful. Coffee terrible. Great location in a beautiful town.
It was cheap but I wouldn’t stay here again.

El hotel estaba situado muy cerca del centro histórico de arcos de la frontera, ofrecía desayuno y la relación calidad-precio inmejorable, se encuentra en una avenida, por lo que aparcar allí no es una opción, aunque el hotel cuenta con su propio parking así que el tema del aparcamiento no es un problema, el chico de recepción super amable, nos facilito el cambiarnos de habitación ya que preferíamos con vistas a la avenida, en cuanto al desayuno estaba muy completo, no eche en falta nada tan solo algo de plato caliente, por lo demás no guna queja
