Maravilloso hotel, excelente ubicación, servicio espectacular, muy buenas habitaciones y el desayuno delicioso. Amo este hotel y no me quedo en otro en Arequipa! Voy hace 10 años al Hay Festival Arequipa y no concibo quedarme en otro. Experiencia top!

Excelente ubicación, la habitación muy comoda igual que el baño, la ropa de cama de muy buena calidad. El personal siempre atento y con muy buena disposición. El desayuno buffet con variedad de opciones, buenísimo. Me encantó el desayuno arequipeño que incluía un mini rocoto relleno, pastel de papa y adobo, todo muy adecuado para un desayuno. Excelente!

Great hotel close to Plaza de Armas The room was large. The price was attractive. There are plenty of money changers nearby 1 block away. The staff were very obliging always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent plenty to choose from plus they provided cooked eggs in various forms. The room was clean all the time. View of Misti and Chaca Chani from the 4th floor (top) was excellent and sunset photos from the tip with the cathedral spires were great

Tomamos la habitación superior y estuvo todo excelente. Tuvimos un problema personal y nos ayudaron inmediatamente a solucionarlo! Muy buen y variado desayuno. La habitación que solicitamos con vista interna fue muy silencionsa a pesar de estar en el centro de la ciudad. Nos encantó la ubicación y seguridad de la zona.
