The shower pressure was extremely low, and the water did not get close to hot in my first room, and the toilet did not work. The couch was counted as one bed, and the iron useless. This information was not disclosed on the reservation website. Imagine getting ready for a funeral while the toilet, shower, and iron were all broken, my 11-year-old daughter is a type 1 diabetic, the refrigerator was not cold, and the medication needed to be refrigerated, it eventually warmed up after 2-3 hours. After my family funeral services, I came back to the hotel to relax, so me and family proceeded to the pool where, after changing rooms, I discovered cockroaches by the pool ("I showed the front desk the pictures"). It was incredibly troubling not being able to rest and unwind because I was already mentally and physically exhausted. I was of course offered points I guess for a free stay but actually the room should have been taken off. Again, the ladies at the front desk were very sweet but unfortunately, I was not able to relax. I unfortunately, will not post pictures because it was already disclosed to the front desk. I just had to rant due to my troubles.

First, I must say that Deja (Night Auditor) was totally a DELIGHT, upon my initial check-in! She had the warmest and welcoming smile and was very helpful and accommodating! She offered the most wonderful customer service! She made my check-in and room assignment very seamless and she did an outstanding job of getting me to my room in a very quick fashion! The hotel room was very spacious, neat and clean! This will definitely be my go to hotel! Excellent experience!

The stay was great. The bed was comfortable and overall, a good stay and we will stay there again if we are in the area. We asked at check in for a room on the side opposite the interstate. We got room a room facing the interstate instead. I would recommend a room opposite the interstate as it was quite noisy, even in the middle of the night. Not the hotels fault. But we should have gotten what we asked for. We were in a hurry so we changed and left. Love the bathroom. It has a barn door but the good thing about this hotel is that the door locks and as you walk toward the toilet, a fan comes on automatically. You rarely find a barn door that locks and even more rare in a hotel is a fan. The room was laid out well and even though we faced the interstate, we slept ok and just used a fan app to drown it out. The room was clean except for one issue that was promptly taken care of and the front desk associate apologized and was quick to act. Good stay overall. Thanks Marriott!

We only stopped overnight on our way through town. The hotel was very clean and up to date. The hotel staff was friendly and had a lot to offer for information. The room was very clean and comfy. Even the pull out sofa was a good sleep. The breakfast was nice. Having the bar at the hotel was nice for a drink after a long day on the road.

After the worst day of travel I’ve ever had, I arrived to open arms by a lovely woman named “T” at the front desk. In my 34 years of life and staying at Marriott’s all over the country, I’ve never met a more kind and welcoming person at a front desk. The location is perfect, the parking lot is big and clean, the lobby and my room were spotless, and I had the best night of travel sleep I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this location and would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you, T!

Front desk folks were great! Room was clean. Nice stay and felt safe. Bar next door was small but friendly. Checking in was fast. Little shop had quick snacks. It was easy on and easy off the highway. Really big hotel room which made it very easy to get around in.
