Atención nefasta por parte del recepcionista que me atendió el 15.10.2024 cuando ivamos a prodecer a realizar el check-in. Lo primordial para trabajar en atención al cliente es la educación y el respecto hacia el cliente. El señor mayor que nos atendió careció de estas dos virtudes que son esenciales para trabajar en un puesto de recepción.

No star rating for this bunk house Health and safety flouted We are staying here for 7 nights and it is torture We are on the third floor and that’s 6 flights of stairs from the shared kitchen The fire escape is next to us its rusty and seems to move around when you step onto it The escape is on to the remains of another building which has been knocked down Our bedroom window opens into 4 other bedroom windows I have covered the glass now so we can open the curtain and not be overlooked This is potentially a health and safety issue with regards to fire exit not fit for purpose I wish that I had never booked this accommodation I have raised a concern to the hotel and travel agent not any help the pictures are of the hotel that are nothing like the online for the hotel

Good location, next to the city center. Clean basic room with comfortable bed. Not sound proof so you can hear your neighboors. Weak Wifi. Very nice sunny terrace on the last floor. Would recommend for a short stay.

Très vétuste, pas assez d'ouverture, de lumière, vue sur les escaliers des étages, quand on est dans les wc, les gens nous voient des escaliers. Très bruyant.

Al principio no nos encantó, pero el personal fue muy amable, la cocina común tiene su gracia para conocer gente y el ambiente fue muy comunitario, tiene una terraza en la azotea preciosa y al final hemos estado muy a gusto, está bien comunicada y Sergio, de la recepción, nos trató de maravilla
