Aalia Villas Anjuna, Goa by Aalia Collection

Would give zero stars for the property, if not for the very helpful caretakers (Baapi and team). We stayed in villas 2 and 3. The owners spend no money on maintenance. Cockroaches in the entire property, particularly kitchen and bathrooms. The property looks beautiful superficially but terrible when you are paying the price of a premium villa in Goa. The entrance to the villas is unkept and very unsafe with slippery moss and no proper path or lighting. The pools were not well kept as well. I am sorry to be writing this review after a big family get together after years so taking back a lot of good memories but will not be staying at this property ever again.

Alia Villas in Goa exceeded all expectations with its stunning aesthetics and impeccable service. We had a really bad experience with serene villas. They are extremely rude. The hospitality was 0 according to the money that we paid for 2 nights and 3 days. The manager Raj was extremely rude to us. The service is so slow. They dont clean the rooms, they dont change the towels. Everything is haywire and the management, the communication among the team members is so confusing. They don’t communicate with themselves only and argue with the guests and blame everything on us. Although deepak and shakeel were the only 2 people who have manners to talk and could understand our situation.

I stayed at Casa Sunda ie Villa No.2 at Aalia Villas . It was a nice luxury Villa having three bedrooms with attached washrooms and a decent living room having a sofa , dining table with view of private pool through glass sliding doors on two sides of the living room. It also had a proper kitchen with all requisite appliances like microwave , gas stove , oven , refrigerator etc and even a washing machine . The private pool had a filter in it and the water was thus quite clean . The best part was the caretakers cum cook Mr Habib who and his team member Bappi, both were extremely courteous , pleasant and hospitable . We were a family of total eight persons , who were served lavish breakfast of everyone’s choice by the caretakers and no stone was left unturned by the caretakers in making our stay comfortable . The location of Villa is also excellent as it is situated in Assagao in North Goa which has various good restaurants and cafés in vicinity . The nearest beach was Anjuna which about 1 kilometer from the Villa. It was a safe place with proper security arrangements . Will recommend it for family having 8-9 members as it has three bedrooms . It’s a beautiful Villa with hospitable caretakers , worth staying.
