Отель не понравился совсем. Точно не вернёмся. Теперь по пунктам. 1. Каждый вход в номер был в сопровождении техника, которого, к слову, приходилось какое-то время всегда ожидать. Система электронного ключевого доступа давно умерла, судя по всему. Особенно это злит когда время ночь и очень хочется попасть в номер. 2. При заселении в номер не работал телевизор, несколько розеток, снова пришлось встречаться с техником…. 3. Сигар бар. Две встречи проводили там, обслуживание девушки на баре просто поразительное. Её почти всегда нет месте, ждать заказ максимально долго. Сделать заказ/ получить счёт , нужно походить поискать её, попросить. Поразительный сервис.. 4. Ресторан в целом не плох. Заказывали в номер. Вкусно! Здесь конечно плюс, за что собственно были и поставлены 2 звезды. Но даже при доставке ужина в номер, часть заказала просто забыли принести. После напоминания конечно принесли.. НО как это так в отеле 5⭐️ такой сервис 🤦🏻‍♀️ Одним словом, при том, что отель позиционирует себя как 5⭐️ и при такой стоимости конечно должен быть совершенно другой уровень сервиса. Не рекомендую!

ROOMS: spacious with comfortable bed. Big bathroom is equipped with bath and shower both, toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well. LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport. FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min. FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service STAFF: very polite and helpful

Pros: -a stunning view of the city through panoramic windows (recommended for photo shoots😉, photo attached) -cleanliness -presence of a swimming pool -location: in the center, everything can be reached on foot, ideal for tourists. Near mall, supermarket. Cons: -in my room there was a door to another room (there is in the photo, behind the chair) which was not warned about. Through it was heard the conversation and laughter of those living in the next room. At a minimum, you need to warn about this, how to reduce the number to such a number as much as possible - 72% melted SPREAD instead of butter at breakfast! This is terrible for a hotel of this level. - the waiters could not tell how the toaster works, stick a brief instruction to the toaster - tell the waiters at breakfast that brushing the crumbs on the floor is not normal, they must be carefully wiped with a rag and not on the floor, and the crumbs should be removed from under the salt and pepper shakers too!

The hotel is nice, but the communication cost is too high. The assistant confirmed with me that I booked a high-rise river view room. It turned out that it was not the case at all. My room was given a view of industrial building wasteland The spa is also very strange. When I came in, no one asked me where I lived. I chased after the whole spa to the locker room and asked me if I was a hotel guest. News headlines and the pool is a long walk from the locker room kind of like I have a cold anyway The bar is even more speechless. The Bloody Mary is the worst salty and spicy soup I have ever tasted at St. Regis, like gaspacho. If this soup is called Gorbachev’s life as a cocktail, it is understandable. If Gorbachev comes and tastes it, he will be rejected The hot old tear called the bartender an expert The bartender's comprehension ability is relatively limited, so don't ask too much, almost enough. His cocktail shape can basically make people go back outside Stalingrad. I saw the t34 all over the mountains and plains attacking me. His cocktail tile. It can be called the Soviet nuclear power. It is really a glass of red liquid in a cylindrical round cup, sprinkled with some white powdered cheese I don’t think it’s very pleasant, but it’s very funny. You can come and experience it. There’s a feeling of powerlessness, that is, they really work hard, but they just don’t understand well. What you want and what you get are not the same thing at all.

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

Returning to Kazakhstan after the years, was very special to me. I wanted to stay in the best hotel of all. Everything is outstanding with this hotel. The lobby is spectacular (it's a special moment when you pass through the doors -special big thanks to the doormen with all your kind smiles). The rooms are large and comfortable. The large walk-in closet is really useful (moreover when you're spending a week). The bathroom is very luxury. All the technology is working well and perfectly useful.And the bed was exquisite.I was immersed in the timeless elegance and luxury that this iconic hotel is known for. Perfection and excellence from the moment we entered the hotel. A warm welcome really set the scene for our stay special thanks to Aigerim ¡). Outstanding in every way and staff simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the hall porters, receptionists and waiting staff and so very glad that we had such a heavenly time. Room exquisite and all aspects of this charming hotel were fabulous. The room was stunning, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The marble bathroom was beautiful with large fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. The food at Ozen restaurant was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. A very big thank you to the all of the staff as they made our stay a memorable occasion, just want to highlight the names: Nurai, Zhansaya and didn't ask his name, the manager from Karaganda ( only memorized his home place ). The central location allowed me to explore the city's attractions with ease, from Baiterek to Astana Opera. Dining at The Ritz Carlton Restaurant was a culinary journey, with impeccable service and gourmet cuisine. It's exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly look forward to returning.

I am really impressed with the kindness, hospitality and service from all the staff at this excellent modern hotel - in an excellent location. Flawless stay. Beautiful suite with really nice welcome of Kazakh wine and a souvenir Yurt in my suite. Meticulously clean, comfortable and really good value too. Can't say enough good things about this superb hotel. Hilton driver met me at airport. Really kind warm welcome. Local tourist suggestions given by front desk. Excellent recommendations. One special employee deserves mention as the friendliest and kindest breakfast waiter I have met in years. Deserves ”Employee of the month”. He delivered the most kind, genuine Kazakh hospitality and just made me feel so welcome. I have a photo below but can't remember his name unfortunately. Highest recommendation for this wonderful hotel - a beautiful building made perfect by truly outstanding, committed and very hard working staff. Excellent English spoken by all I met. Well done and genuine thanks for your kindness and hospitality.

Hotel is good. It could be finished on it. If serious, then comments, largely not. Good rooms, very well-equipped staff, delicious breakfasts. Outside, something inexplicably resembles Turkish hotels, but it is subjective. I recommend.
