A beautiful new city with hotels, warm, clean rooms, courteous staff and delicious food, this is a complete choice for travelers. In fact, they are very satisfied.

I am really impressed with the kindness, hospitality and service from all the staff at this excellent modern hotel - in an excellent location. Flawless stay. Beautiful suite with really nice welcome of Kazakh wine and a souvenir Yurt in my suite. Meticulously clean, comfortable and really good value too. Can't say enough good things about this superb hotel. Hilton driver met me at airport. Really kind warm welcome. Local tourist suggestions given by front desk. Excellent recommendations. One special employee deserves mention as the friendliest and kindest breakfast waiter I have met in years. Deserves ”Employee of the month”. He delivered the most kind, genuine Kazakh hospitality and just made me feel so welcome. I have a photo below but can't remember his name unfortunately. Highest recommendation for this wonderful hotel - a beautiful building made perfect by truly outstanding, committed and very hard working staff. Excellent English spoken by all I met. Well done and genuine thanks for your kindness and hospitality.

Nice place. For adequate price comfortable accommodation. Renovation is fresh, the room is not killed, you come in and immediately feel that the condition of the room fund is monitored. There is a teapot, glasses, cup, tea bags (which is very pleasant), refrigerator. Fewer clothes, a couch of comfort. Clean. The administrator is polite, when settled, they immediately release a bottle of water (but I would like to 2 when settled 2 people). There is a net of insects on the window - it was very important for us. The disadvantages are the lack of elevator and location (behind the window noisy). Only for this, I will remove one star, TK owners, I think, have realized in advance that in such a building of perfect comfort cannot be. The good is a conder and the window blocks noise when closing, thank you for that. In a word, if you don't mind doing a constant top-top on the forests, I recommend it, it's cozy here.

Pros: -a stunning view of the city through panoramic windows (recommended for photo shoots😉, photo attached) -cleanliness -presence of a swimming pool -location: in the center, everything can be reached on foot, ideal for tourists. Near mall, supermarket. Cons: -in my room there was a door to another room (there is in the photo, behind the chair) which was not warned about. Through it was heard the conversation and laughter of those living in the next room. At a minimum, you need to warn about this, how to reduce the number to such a number as much as possible - 72% melted SPREAD instead of butter at breakfast! This is terrible for a hotel of this level. - the waiters could not tell how the toaster works, stick a brief instruction to the toaster - tell the waiters at breakfast that brushing the crumbs on the floor is not normal, they must be carefully wiped with a rag and not on the floor, and the crumbs should be removed from under the salt and pepper shakers too!

Great international 4 star hotel, comes with the bells and whistles and an very economical price, it has exceptional service, I actually came to Nur Sultan to run the marathon and it's was walking distance to the start race at the Expo centre, shops, pubs and restaurants are just up your alley. A special compliment to reception desk lady Miss Asienta, a fabulous helpful young lady and very pleasant, I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Nur Sultan.

ROOMS: spacious with comfortable bed. Big bathroom is equipped with bath and shower both, toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well. LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport. FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min. FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service STAFF: very polite and helpful
