Great international 4 star hotel, comes with the bells and whistles and an very economical price, it has exceptional service, I actually came to Nur Sultan to run the marathon and it's was walking distance to the start race at the Expo centre, shops, pubs and restaurants are just up your alley. A special compliment to reception desk lady Miss Asienta, a fabulous helpful young lady and very pleasant, I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Nur Sultan.

The hotel is not in the center, and the window of our room looks directly at the ”government department”. The first time was in Nursultan. A beautiful new city with hotels, warm, clean rooms, courteous staff and delicious food, this is a complete choice for travelers. In fact, they are very satisfied.

Nice welcoming by the team, I had luck to have a room with window that can be opened to get some fresh air. Despite the renovation that was ongoing it was quite and comfortable stay. Location was fine for me as my business meetings were close to the hotel and at the hotel, in the lobby bar.

The hotel is nice, but the communication cost is too high. The assistant confirmed with me that I booked a high-rise river view room. It turned out that it was not the case at all. My room was given a view of industrial building wasteland The spa is also very strange. When I came in, no one asked me where I lived. I chased after the whole spa to the locker room and asked me if I was a hotel guest. News headlines and the pool is a long walk from the locker room kind of like I have a cold anyway The bar is even more speechless. The Bloody Mary is the worst salty and spicy soup I have ever tasted at St. Regis, like gaspacho. If this soup is called Gorbachev’s life as a cocktail, it is understandable. If Gorbachev comes and tastes it, he will be rejected The hot old tear called the bartender an expert The bartender's comprehension ability is relatively limited, so don't ask too much, almost enough. His cocktail shape can basically make people go back outside Stalingrad. I saw the t34 all over the mountains and plains attacking me. His cocktail tile. It can be called the Soviet nuclear power. It is really a glass of red liquid in a cylindrical round cup, sprinkled with some white powdered cheese I don’t think it’s very pleasant, but it’s very funny. You can come and experience it. Отель не понравился совсем. Точно не вернёмся. Теперь по пунктам. 1. Каждый вход в номер был в сопровождении техника, которого, к слову, приходилось какое-то время всегда ожидать. Система электронного ключевого доступа давно умерла, судя по всему. Особенно это злит когда время ночь и очень хочется попасть в номер. 2. При заселении в номер не работал телевизор, несколько розеток, снова пришлось встречаться с техником…. 3. Сигар бар. Две встречи проводили там, обслуживание девушки на баре просто поразительное. Её почти всегда нет месте, ждать заказ максимально долго. Сделать заказ/ получить счёт , нужно походить поискать её, попросить. Поразительный сервис.. 4. Ресторан в целом не плох. Заказывали в номер. Вкусно! Здесь конечно плюс, за что собственно были и поставлены 2 звезды. Но даже при доставке ужина в номер, часть заказала просто забыли принести. После напоминания конечно принесли.. НО как это так в отеле 5⭐️ такой сервис 🤦🏻‍♀️ Одним словом, при том, что отель позиционирует себя как 5⭐️ и при такой стоимости конечно должен быть совершенно другой уровень сервиса. Не рекомендую!

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

A staff member who can 't find your reservation. The staff member of the staff, who is asked ”and in the spa is given towels?” answers ”and here you are there and ask.” The staff member of the staff, who, on request, has been working for a long time, said that these forks have not worked for a while ago . Cold breakfast without choice. Coffee for separate money. Weak waife. Pleasure in tiles sewing in the bathroom.

I really like it this hotel! Great location in Astana , close to airport, close to Expo Astana , you can go by walk to Mega Silk Way shopping center. Tasty and freshly breakfast. I would like to mention Elmira manager, thank you so much for your hospitality, very friendly, professional and positive attitude lady ! I wish her all the best and success in career . She really know how to work with guests. Also thank you Alisher (night shift reception) .

ROOMS: spacious with comfortable bed. Big bathroom is equipped with bath and shower both, toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well. LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport. FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min. FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service STAFF: very polite and helpful

Stayed here for a week on a work trip. The room was big, clean and everything worked. My big complaint- Why is there nowhere to put your clothes? There was a bar and about 10 hangers, but no drawers. I had thought the whole point of a hotel was to have somewhere to put your clothes. The beds are great, rooms clean, gym in good order and there's even a supermarket nearby, which is handy when it's -20°C with howling wind.
