Von der Abholung durch Carolina am Hafen bis zum Transfer zurück an den Hafen war alles wunderbar. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Chora ist sensationell und unvergesslich. Das leckere und regionale Frühstück, welches man täglich nach seinen Wünschen gestalten konnte, durften wir mit dieser fantastischen Sicht geniessen. Das wunderschöne Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht, um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen und war immer sauber. Es sind nur einige Schritte in die lebhafte Chora, welche sehr hübsch und einmalig ist. Ebenfalls der Strand (Livadi) und der Hafen (Pera Gialos) sind zu Fuss (ca. 15 Minnuten) gut erreichbar. Das ganze Team ist sehr hilfsbereit, super freundlich und stets gut gelaunt.

I wanted a secure solution for my holidays in the beautiful island of Astypalaia, so I chose this hotel despite the fact that the price was one of the highest on the island. I was not disappointed. Everybody made us feel welcomed. The room was big and comfortable with many amenities. The breakfast very good. You have to choose from the night before, among infinite options and it will be delivered to your door in the morning. The location is great, exactly in the center of the village. We needed a car and they arranged it for us at a good price. There is parking area also. They provide free transport from the airport (I suppose from the port also). I recommend this hotel to those who prefer to live in the main village from having the beach at the doorstep. However if you have a car, the main beach is 5'.

H καλύτερη επιλογή για διαμονή κοντά στη Χώρα, εξαιρετικά φιλόξενοι! Τοποθεσία, δωμάτιο, πρωινό, θέα, εξυπηρέτηση όλα σε άριστο επίπεδο. Λόγω θέσης, έχει άμεση πρόσβαση στη Χώρα, θέα το Κάστρο και ηρεμία - επιλογή ιδανική για να άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή

Η διαμονή στο Kallichoron προσέθεσε στη θετική εμπειρία από την επίσκεψη μας στην πανέμορφη Αστυπάλαια! Ξεκινώντας από τη στρατηγική θέση του, η πρώτη εντύπωση ανεβαίνοντας στο ευρύχωρο κ μινιμαλ δωμάτιο αντικρίσαμε ζωντανά την καρτ ποσταλ/διαφήμιση του νησιού, δηλαδή το Καστρο, να δεσπόζει με τη Χώρα στα πόδια του! Η εξυπηρέτηση άμεση και πολύ φιλική από όλο το προσωπικό και με την ιδιοκτήτρια παρούσα μέχρι αργά το βραάδυ(!), το πρωινό (μεσω εφαρμογής) πολυποίκιλο περιλαμβάνοντας κ ντόπιες νοστιμιές (αναρωτιόμαστε πώς γινόταν αυτό σε μικρής κλίμακας ξενοδοχειο!) σερβιρισμένο στις όμορφες βεράντες! Τα προϊόντα χρήσης (πετσέτες, είδη μπάνιου) πολύ καλής ποιότητας! Επωφεληθήκαμε και από τη δυνατότητα μασάζ στον παρακείμενο όμορφο χώρο (πολύ θετική εμπειρία το απολαύσαμε πραγματικά)! Μόνη μας παρατήρηση, δεδομένης της απλόχερης φιλοξενίας, ένα μικρό welcome basket θα συμπλήρωνε εξαιρετικά τη θετική εικόνα!

We spent five days at this excellent small boutique hotel. From the moment we were picked up by Carolina from the harbour until she drove us to the airport at the end of our stay everything was perfect. She is a wonderful host and is always on hand to address any queries. The room, the large balcony with the amazing view of the Chora, the staff and the delicious breakfasts made for such an enjoyable stay.

Honestly we can not say enough good things about this hotel and our stay. The breakfast was amazing, the staff friendly and SO helpful The products all Greek and food mostly sourced locally from on the island. The view of the castle every day was icing on the cake! Close enough to walk anywhere in Chora and set apart to be quiet and comfortable. You have to ask Carolina for tips on where to go and what to do, she was more than a hotel owner/host, she made our entire trip so much better! The beds were super comfortable and the space always clean and well maintained. The staff from the owners to breakfast servers to room cleaners were friendly and helpful and so glad to help enhance our time there.

A wonderful 4 night stay in a lovely contemporary styled double deluxe room. Great sea, castle & windmill views particularly at sunset. Carolina & the team were totally on the ball, local cruise and car rental recommendations were spot on. Ordering breakfast via a tablet was a first, however the menu was extensive, very tasty and arrived right on time. The central location is a big plus when it came to restaurants, bars and of course grabbing a few essentials from the main supermarket.

This hotel is amazing, the breakfast is sooo good, the views over Chora are stunning, the staff are truly so fiendly and helpful. Its a traditional Greek vibe yet modern. Location is perfect, situated just a minutes walk from the windmills in Chora where you can find restaurants, bars and shops. I truly recommend this hotel. I will for sure return to this hotel.
